While out running errands we decided to find a spot to cross off our list and Loaded empanadas was at the top.
We had never been to the Boca Park area and we were pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. The parking lot was pretty full and we had to drive around a bit to find parking, even with it being mid week.
We walked in and to our surprise it was empty, Ana greeted us right away and was very nice. We sat down and she was on it and attentive. She explained all the happy hour options along with answering any of our questions.
We started with the potatoes bravas which were tasty, could have been tad more crispy but still good. We also ordered some empanadas, the passion chicken and the magic mojo. Both were very good, nice flavor and the sauces were excellent. The mango salsa was really good.
Overall we enjoyed our meal and we were happy we gave it a try. It’s a journey from Henderson but if we are in the area we will definitely make a stop.

I heard this place was good, but we have so many restaurants in Las Vegas it’s hard to get to all of them. I bought a Groupon to remind me to go check them out.
Oh boy, this one did not disappoint! From the moment you walk in the ambiance, the decor & the music sets the tone. The staff is so friendly & welcoming.
We didn’t try any alcoholic beverages this time, I wanted to save room for the food. But the drinks looked lovely. They have sangria & also by the pitcher.
We started with Dates wrapped in bacon, & Popcorn Calamari with honey Sriracha sauce!
Then we shared the Garlic Steak Entree with loaded rice & the Classic Empanada we chose it fried & came with a Chile Lime Chimichurri. We finished with flan & churros. It was way too much food but EVERYTHING was so good, we wanted to try this & that.
If you are looking for a great dinning experience with everything made in house, come on down for a great & tasty experience. Leave room for dessert! The flan was so light & delicate. The churros had 5 good size, fresh & warm with Carmel & chocolate sauce.
We MUST go back!
Their happy hour is now only from 7p- close. They also have a special on Tuesday buy 2 empanadas & get 1 free.
They also have brunch on Sat & Sun.

We stopped by Loaded Empanadas in Boca Park on a super busy event night, and despite the place being packed, we were incredibly lucky to grab a seat! Right away, the atmosphere was energetic and welcoming, which is a huge credit to the team.
The food was absolutely fantastic. We decided to try three appetizers—all delicious—and the chicken empanadas were perfectly crispy on the outside and loaded with flavorful filling. Everything tasted fresh and authentic.
The real highlight was the hospitality. We were so impressed to see the female owner herself waiting tables, ensuring everyone was taken care of. She was so kind and attentive, and as a final, generous touch, she even brought us a free dessert! That level of care and customer service is truly exceptional.
Loaded Empanadas is officially a must-try spot in Las Vegas. From the amazing food to the warm, personal service, this place deserves every single star. We absolutely will be back for more!

Wow!! If you are considering trying this gym of a restaurant out, don’t hesitate! The empanadas are phenomenal. The service is phenomenal. The atmosphere is phenomenal. It’s just a great restaurant to go to. Alejandra provided exceptional service! She is one of the kindest people I have ever met. We had the philly fried, the classic baked, French fries, and the loaded rice. They’ll have brunch starting next weekend, they have paint night, and cooking classes. Just try it!

Came here with friends for lunch to try out their empanadas and we were not disappointed. The place is charming and gives a welcoming vibe. We ordered the empanada tower – 12 empanadas with choice of 3 fillings and we chose passion chicken, Philly cheese steak and the beef meatballs. The presentation was unique as the empanada tower had a sparkler on top which was a showstopper. When we were starting to eat, the lady server came and apologized that the new server gave us the wrong order and the 2 fillings were different from what we ordered. She was very nice and replaced the other 2 fillings with the right ones with their compliment. That act alone by the server would make us want to go back to this restaurant again. If I could only give 10 stars for the service, I would.
Going back to the food, I was at first hesitant to get the fried empanadas thinking that they might be greasy as most fried empanadas I’ve tried in other restaurants. To my surprise, the empanadas didn’t have a trace of oil in them that made me think that they were baked. The dough was perfect and the different fillings were all tasty. They didn’t skimp on the fillings and they were bursting with goodness. We would have tried more of their food but we were stuffed to the brim. We will definitely come back to try more of the other empanadas and the lovely drinks.

Tuesday Tapas is a must. However if you can’t make it on a Tuesday don’t miss a stop or a to go order. Though I wouldn’t miss eating in. The service and ambiance is just as good and filling as the food. Flavors are so complementary your taste buds will thank you.
