Visited Nawaab Indian Restaurant (حلال) and had an overall good experience. The staff were very welcoming and provided good customer service throughout our visit. There was a wide range of menu options available and the prices were very reasonable. Food was served fairly quickly and was presented well.
All of the dishes we tried were nice and flavourful. The only negative I found was that the tandoori chicken in the mixed grill didn’t seem fresh and felt reheated. Apart from that, everything else was enjoyable and I would still recommend giving this place a try.

Had he lamb tikka rogan josh plus sheek kebab starter all food was amazing well seasoned and just very very tasty. Good value clean and tidy restaurant.

A complicated one to review – the food was outstanding, service was a little to be desired, which I’m sure with future visits it will be perfect ( we absolutely will be returning ) our daughter has a severe dairy and egg allergy and the staff constantly gave us reassurance that all would be fine. In the end it was. There was no consistency. Would I eat here again, absolutely, the staff was fantastic and interacted with my son, just the little details. Thank you all for the wonderful food and drinks. We will probably see you next weekend

Not sure if this place has changed hands recently or had a new chef but all the prices have gone up and the portions have gone down!
Complained about the portion size of the Lamb Tikka main which usually is double the size. They sent out another one an hour later after a lot of back and forth on the phone, and the driver asked for the old one back – we were speechless! Obviously we’d eaten that while we waited for the other one – what were they going to do with it? Bizarre. Up till that point we’d have probably just passed it off.
This has been our go-to takeaway since it’s opened but will now look elsewhere. A shame – had only had good experiences up till this point but something has clearly changed.

Tried this restaurant twice during our stay in the cornwall. The halal good options are very rare in the south, and so we found this place. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. They asked about our preferences and spice levels and made dishes according to it. Overall, the food was nice and tasted traditionally indian.
The price of Naans felt a bit overpriced as compared to main dish prices.

Having first read the most current reviews we were a little sceptical as to their authenticity, my wife and I can now confirm this restaurant is absolutely fabulous. Unpretentious (clean and comfortable) surroundings without bling, don’t hint at the truly flavoursome food. Served with a warm welcome and a genuine smile. There were only two complaints from us, the portions were too big and we don’t live near enough to be regular visitors!!
We started with the customary papadum and pickles and vegetable samosas, lovely. We then had the chicken dupiasza, the Saag Gost Sarson (lamb with spinach etc) together with a portion of garlic rice and a keema nan bread. Both dishes were truly delicious but sadly we were unable to finish it all .

I’ve been a regular at Nawaab for over a year, and the food is always well-cooked. A group of 9 claimed their wings were raw and said they wasted most of the curry—but look at this picture, it tells a different story. The food looked fine. I think they just wanted free food. It’s unfair to blame the restaurant for customers like that. Restaurants have CCTV and should report such cases to the police.

Very nice atmosphere, very gentle and welcoming hosts and most importantly: the amazing food. Everything we had was so tasteful and perfectly spiced to our wishes. Unfortunately, the food was finished even before I got the chance to make a picture. We’d love to come back any time.

Ordered from their website for delivery, there was issue with their delivery drivers today so food arrive late.
I had a phone call after delivery apologising for the delay
Some food quality was effected by long delivery time.
Foods flavour was nice, dal and aloo puri where the best from the order!
The veg mix used in the vegetable dopiaza isnt my favourite, but everyone’s different, curry still had a nice flavour.
Side veg samosa promotion didn’t come with delivery dispite being added to comments but that wasn’t somthing I paid for, just be aware if you do want samosa add to order and use promotion for an extra incase they don’t send the promotion.
