We had an absolutely phenomenal experience at Hatch! From the moment we sat down, everything exceeded expectations.
My husband ordered the scallion waffle and chicken with a side of turkey bacon, and it was beyond delicious—perfectly seasoned, crispy, and comforting in all the right ways. I had the pineapple upside-down pancakes with a side of eggs, and wow…fluffy, flavorful, and indulgent without being overly sweet. Every bite was incredible.
To top it all off, we both had lattes that were truly to die for—smooth, rich, and expertly made.
The food alone would bring us back, but the customer service really set this place apart. Mike was attentive, warm, and genuinely welcoming. He checked in at just the right moments, made great recommendations, and made us feel completely taken care of without being overbearing.
Amazing food, outstanding service, and a great atmosphere—Hatch is a must-visit. We can’t wait to come back! ☕ ✨

Husband found this on google and I was really excited to try this place. It was packed for a Sunday . @10:30am. 15 minute wait for a table. Not bad. The atmosphere is super trendy and modern. Waitress came quick and super friendly. I ordered a cafe latte, unfortunately it came ice cold 🙁 Our food came quick and was a little disappointed how small my husband’s skillet looked. Plus again ice cold. My eggs Benedict looked lost on the plate as well. Again ice cold. Food is ok, maybe better if it was hot! I wanted to love this place unfortunately we left disappointed ☹️

Hi guys, second visit with my boyfriend. We came to enjoy breakfast. They received us very well, very attentive and friendly. A comfortable and Cozy, excellent service, I can’t complain, and the food was delicious and fast. I liked it because we didn’t wait long for the food. Everything was very clean, and I really liked the unique decor. I recommend it. Guys, I just recommend going early, around 7:30 a.m. or 8:00 a.m., because it fills up quickly the place

I had such a beautiful Valentine’s experience at Hatch Restaurant! Our waitress, Tiffany, was absolutely amazing. She was funny, incredibly kind, and her personality truly made the morning special. Honestly, her energy and warmth were even better than the food — and that’s saying a lot because the food was amazing!

Wow. Had an absolutely great experience at Hatch. Came at 10 on a Tuesday and had no problem getting seated. Kathleen was incredibly friendly and provider great service. Thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast burrito. Definitely dont skip Hatch!

I recently had a wonderful brunch experience at HatchBrunch. The restaurant was charming and well-decorated, setting a cozy yet stylish atmosphere. Our server, Patrick, truly stood out; he was attentive and took the time to explain all the menu options, which were impressively diverse. The upbeat, modern music created a lively vibe that enhanced our meal. Although parking is paid, it’s conveniently located close to the restaurant, making it a minor inconvenience in an otherwise delightful outing. I highly recommend trying HatchBrunch for a fun and flavorful brunch!
