I ordered a Roman burger combo, the sandwich was awful… the meat wasn’t cooked well and to be honest it didn’t even taste like a Roman burger, I don’t think they even use the special oil that Mr. Heto is suppose to put on the burgers… it sure didn’t taste like they used too at all!!! The only thing good was the waffle fries. I couldn’t even finish the burger, I threw it out

This restaurant should be reported I wanted the funnel cake fries and they did not have it and they said they had some waffles something with cinnamon it was just nothing but a waffle out the box cut up not properly I don’t know what they call themselves doing then didn’t have any dipping sauce they made that up to get some money it was terrible they just cut up a waffle through cinnamon sugar on it and threw it in the bag cuz people want money they’re so hard up for money they give you anything no one should patronize them and the health department should go up in there how do they have the audacity to give someone something like that I rather for them to have said what we don’t have anything that is suitable to sell to you instead of trying to make something up and it was the man’s wife the lady in the restaurant let them try that where they come from that’s what I call Mom doing trying to get away with something just because they want money

EXCELLENT EVERY TIME!!! I always get cheese steak, adult son gets Roman burger…. Service is quick, accurate every time!!! Food is exceptional!!! This particular location better than most others in Akron and Cleveland areas!!!

This is my favorite location! The staff is hard working and despite it being busy at times, the cashier is always nice. Orders may take some time if they get a lot of orders but they never stop moving, always trying to get the food out as fast as they can. The customer before me was so rude but the cashier still managed a smile for me. Food is always spot on
