Lack of booth seating in main dining area, they had some booths by the restrooms. Waffle fries were really good, unfortunately, my chicken sandwich didn’t have any pickles on it. Additionally, the chicken patty was a little small too.

Idk what’s happening at this chick-fil-a but I ordered a spicy chicken meal no pickles large sweet tea Polynesian sauce and roasted honey bbq. Something is going on with their waffle fries. They tasted lik regular mashed potatoes you make at home and barely any salt, then you realize after you made the mash potatoes you didn’t add enough salt so you salt them afterwards. Smdh, every bite I took of the fries was like eating that but instead of the salt it was like they put sand on the fries cause of all the crunches I head as I chewed them….sandwich was great not as spicy as it usual is but still good along with my sweet tea. The Polynesian sauce tasted like vinger and sugar mixed together did not taste okay at all. Something is definitely changing at this location…..and not in a good way

This is the best Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. Our order was not only correct, but so fresh. We have had spicy chicken sandwiches at other locations, and the one here has all of the others beat by a long shot. The chicken was flavorful all the way through the thick piece. This location does it all right! The Christmas decorations are also very beautiful. Will be visiting again.

Came in for lunch yesterday afternoon while traveling… Of course at 1145am it’s going to be busy and I’m fine with the wait for the good food.. chicken sandwich was delicious as always and the chicken soup was hot and tasty.. I would have left 5stars if customer service had been better… Employee who took my order was a manager in training and she was great…the issue was a hazard issue..went to use the bathroom and a piece of the sink came down and injured leg causing it to bruise and bleed this happened while washing hands in the restroom.. I know accidents can happen but my peeve is when I kindly report this to the staff “that was on the side near the bathroom” and was messing with some boxes they acted bored and even guffawed at us as we told them what happened..( Someone else would had reported this but we only reported so someone else wouldn’t be hurt and it was hanging off in the men’s bathroom) your welcome””as a loyal Chick-fil-A customer I’m really disappointed with the attitude of employees…

My group was traveling on 75 when we decided to stop at store #01216 for lunch. I called to see if they had bus parking. I was told to call them back as we got close and the lady on the phone would direct us where we could park as they already had a bus there. We drove by and they were packed! Both lines of the drive through, the parking lot, the place was full of people. My group of 15 didn’t give more than a 20 minuet notice so we decided to drive by. We didn’t feel it would be fair to do that to them. As we drove through the shopping center looking for another place to eat my cell rang. To my surprise it was the lady from store #01216 that I had spoken with earlier. She saw our bus drive past. She said she was standing outside waiting to direct us. I did not give this lady my number earlier. She saw us pass by and went back through the phone calls to find my number! With this kind of service we HAD to turn around. Never have I had such great service! The lady was standing on the hill outside the restaurant waving her arms so we could see her. Erica had gone above and beyond to help my group of senior adults climb up the hill we parked next to. She even called another employee out to help. She helped us into the very busy restaurant and within 10 minuets we were all sitting eating our lunch. This store was hopping! Working hard, fast and SO polite! You could have made a training video of that day. My receipt time was 12:04PM. Erica and staff were impressive!

I ordered through the Chick-fil-A app and picked up at the drive-thru at 1100 N Saint Augustine Rd, Valdosta, GA. I had an 8-count Grilled Nuggets and a cup of Chicken Noodle Soup, and DASANI Bottled Water.
Everything was fresh, hot, and tasty! My order was ready quickly, and the team was welcoming and handled everything smoothly. The nuggets were perfectly grilled, and the soup was comforting and flavorful.
Great experience! Definitely a convenient and reliable spot for a quick meal in Valdosta.

staff was very gracious and helpful to myself and my coworker! she ordered her lunch via drive thru, noticed she recieved the wrong order once she came in & asked if I wouldn’t mind picking up her order on my lunch. The staff had her order fresh, ready to go and offered me lunch as well.

This place needs a visit from quality control, because this is by far the worst Chick-fil-a I’ve ever had. Fries were completely uncooked, chicken was rubbery and pink. Nice Christmas decorations, but why is there an office in the dining area? The nice people working there need help.
