This place has amazing steak! The waiters are very kind and considerate. The buffet had delicious food but the food I got wasn’t very warm. The buffet has a wide variety of food and has lots of desserts.

It is a pretty nice place and the food is pretty good and from what i remember the price isnt too bad compaired to a few other bigger chain places that are a much further drive away . When you first walk up to the cashier you are greeted with a smile. Makes you feel welcome. I got an entree because sometimes buffet are not fresh. Before I got to the table I did scan the buffet. It was fresh and clean so double bonus. Next time I will get the buffet. Our server Kay was friendly and prompt. She was on top of cleaning plates. Refilling drinks. Asking if we need boxes. A true professional. Our entrees came the baked potato was not over cooked. My steak was perfect. I truly recommend this restaurant .

My friend and I had no wait time on almost 1pm meal. Our salad was turning red and the table wasn’t spotless, my friend always wipes down tables when eating out. Seating at booths seemed oddly arranged for leg room. Meal was fine. Waitress service definitely needs improvement.

The service here is generally great, with kind and attentive workers walking about the floor. The buffet might suffer a bit from heat lamp staling, though the cooks do their best to prevent this becoming an issue too often. Dessert choice is well kept, both in variety and quality.

Our waitress was phenomenal, but the food was absolutely horrendous. We ordered our steaks medium and medium rare, and they came out very well and well done. No pink and rough and chewy like jerky. The food on the buffett looked like it had been there for hours. This is the first time we had gone there in 15 years, it it hasn’t changed at all.

VERY CLEAN. The food at the buffet was nice & hot and constantly refreshed. Although being a buffet, our waitress was spectacular & on the spot serving & bringing out orders, offering & distributing condiments, taking plates & giving refills during a packed dinner rush. Topped off with an ice cream bar. Completely filling & satisfying.

I hadn’t been to a Ponderosa for many years since all of the local stores closed. I finally made it up here and really enjoyed it! The food was delicious and the buffet was always full and fresh. The dessert bar also featured a variety of options. The service, moreover, was outstanding and attentive. I love this place!

My main negative with this location was the lack of variety with meat dishes it was dominated by chicken or a meat loaf that looked either dry or possibly over baked didn’t look very appealing I chose the little chicken wings since there was so little options they were good although personally I prefer boneless. I also thought the chips used for nachos were tough to chew. Other than that service was good.
