It’s sad that I’ve vile to a point to expect it & don’t leave tips until AFTER I check my pizzas. I always order EXTRA CHEESE & almost NEVER get it. I tip good with cash anytime they do actually put the extra cheese on though. I think I might have to start driving to a location farther out. These are supposed to be EXTRA CHEESE & there is hardly any on them ♀️

The reviews are justified, this place should be condemned.
Ordered delivery which was doordashed and arrived after an hour. Pizza was extremely poorly made (and that’s being polite) and arrived ice cold.
Was told I need to pick up my refund since it was a cash order, so I made my trip to the store. The store is unkempt and looks like they haven’t cleaned a thing since they built the place.
Was eventually greeted by the sole staff member who was smoking just outside the front door. He was gracious enough to bring the remainder of his cigarette in with him along with the smoke and the smell.
Stated my reason for being here and requested my refund as promised only to be met with attitude and also a lesson in thermodynamics that the employee certainly was not qualified or intelligent enough to give.
Stay FAR away from this place unless you absolutely hate yourself and want the worst product and service on the planet. Hope Jerry Jones doesn’t own this one, it’s somehow managed worse than his Cowboys. Shaq would have a heart attack seeing the state of this location.

I ordered delivery through the app. After 45 minutes the app was showing that my order was delivered, but it wasn’t. I had to call the store for them to redo my order. I wasn’t too happy when the person I spoke with suggested that I could pick up my order when I had already paid a delivery fee and tipped the driver who never delivered my order. They did redo and delivered my order, but too much time had transpired. People pay special fees and tips for delivery for the convenience of not leaving their residence. I do not consider this delivery to be convenient. It’s a shame they lost a customer, because the pizza is very good.

There was a young man and young lady working extremely hard they do deserve a raise at one point the store had over 20 impatient people bein rude these 2 did their best to get everything done and they did a hell of a job rrally some kind of reward is deserved

I should have read the reviews before I placed my order… The pizza crust looked weird. It was put together sloppily. There was too much bbq sauce on the Hawaiian BBQ Pizza. I would not recommend this location

Was disappointed in this experience. For pizza coming out of oven it wasn’t hot. The cinnamon rolls appeared to be old and dry, pizza toppings were scant ex: not enough meat on super supreme and cheese burger had very little meat

The pizzas are okay but the staff members are RUDE, HORRIBLE, VILE human beings especially the CHUBBY Long Hair one. Will never order from here. Management should take closer look at how the customers are treated here.

I do like pap John’s but not this location the second time coming here and had to have my order redone three times for the second time. A bunch of kids work up there, which is expected but there should be a more accountable person (like a boss, manager, supervisor) there to make sure stuff gets done right.

The most incompetent manager on duty. I ordered pizza online to be delivered at 815p at 7p. 830 I called the store and no one answered .. 845 rolls around and no one answers the phone. When I get to the location the music inside the store playing was loud which I can hear outside walking into this location. As I walked in the no one acknowledged me for a few mins and finally the manager on duty helps me. I asked them what happened to my delivery which was to be at my house 815 which she responds that they are behind which I understand but when asked how come no one is answering the phone which she had no response to. As she is getting my ticket the total is more then what I would have paid if it were delivered. I asked why the discrepancy? I showed her my email confirmation and she had no answer … she didn’t offer to make it right as being the manager on duty should be able to do. I paid and left as my family was waiting on dinner. Get home the pizza is cold as if it were sitting on their shelf for the hour when I placed the order. The manager on duty needs to do better and should def not be in a position in which she can not handle a situation. As a business owner I strive to provide the best customer service as they are the people that help my business run! If this store is corporately owned you may need to look into why this store has low ratings and maybe not ran to its potential with incompetent managers on duty. If it’s privately owned I would look into it as well. I have been a long time customer and a loyal customer to this location as I live in the neighborhood but I will def be taking my business somewhere else.
