The worst Dunkin in the entire country. There was two teen kids in there that were absolutely awful at their job. They gave me my drink that was meant to be frozen and it was completely liquid and tasted like straight syrup. They were extremely disrespectful towards me.

I come here everyday and get the same exact thing. I’d like to say that that saves this experience but it doesn’t. I got an egg and cheese on an English muffin, as I do every day and then tossed this burned garbage in a bag for me to eat. I took a bite before I even looked and it was gross. Then, I drive all the way back and not a single apology. Just a lame excuse that the toaster is broken. Okay well if the toaster if broken, it doesn’t stop your eyes from seeing the English muffin burned to a crisp, putting it in a bag and handing it to a customer. Will not be back. Aroma Joe across the street is a way better option.

Almost every time I’ve been here they’ve either screwed up what I ordered, or hand me someone else’s food. Will not be back most unreliable Dunkin. UPDATE- came in just to use the bathroom and overheard that one of the people working works unpaid for hours so that they don’t cut anyone else’s hours because “payroll can’t afford it”. Whoever owns this franchise should be shut down.

We ordered 2 turkey sausage egg and cheese on croissant add bacon. They charged me 3.76 for 4 slices of bacon and put the sandwiches on an english muffin that was falling apart.

I wish I could say good morning, but it was my experience with this establishment that had made me greet you with… bad morning. As I was simply ordering my go to meal via drive through at approximately 9:20am on 8/05/25 the drive through attendee was VICIOUS. I could feel the hatred burning through the intercom, it was spicier than my chipotle wake up wrap… in all seriousness she was incredibly rude, and gave me nothing but straight attitude. I have had nothing but great experiences with this Dunkin but maybe she was having a worse morning than me but I digress…

I generally go to the Dunkin in Sanford and don’t have any problems, but today went to the North Berwick location. I was greeted with attitude and the staff were arguing the whole time. I got a plain bagel toasted with butter. The bagel came out cold so I brought it back up. One of the staff members snatched my bagel out of my hand told me it was toasted but she would do it again anyways. When she brought the bagel back to me she said it was “extra toasted” and when I took a look it was clearly burned to a crisp. Likely won’t be coming back.
