Best take out in Riverside .! Employees are always happy and ready to serve. Food is always fresh and delicious! Love that they added new Bogo Deals and even added a couple of claw machine games for the kids.

A real solid place to get a box stuffed with Chinese food at a good price. Came in for lunch and ordered a 3 item plate for just about $10.
Obviously I’m not coming in here with super high expectations, but I do however give credit where its due. I’m always welcomed by the nice older lady who is always very enthusiastic and charming! Whenever some items are ready, it doesn’t take long for it to come out from the kitchen. As far as food quality and taste goes, I think it’s the best one in the area. But it isn’t any thing in particular that stands out, but everything offered is solid.
If you’re deciding whether to go to HK express down the street or this place, I strongly suggest you go here as it can take a long time at HK for items to get ready. Also better in portions too.

This place is good. Nice lady gives good hefty portions great for a college student or average Joe. Highly recommend the house fried rice, I get a serving every visit. For the size, price, and taste you can’t beat it.

The Asian short Lady only over fills your plate if she likes you! I went in yesterday night close to closing time, there was a girl customer in front of me, she over filled her plate! When I order she hardly put any food in my plate! I asked her if she could put more, she said it would cost me more money !

The food and staff here are by far the best. Thats not an opinion that’s a fact! Go in and try it! I fell in love with the place. Best teriyaki, bbq pork, jalapeno chicken, just best everything. I’ve tried the surrounding area and rising savor is in a league of its own. No one comes close. Oh and before i forget they do NOT play on portion sizes! They will pack and pack food until your plate wont close and then have to put scotch tape to keep it closed, its a sight to see of its own. They say you first eat with your eyes and just seeing the food and how they serve you is a feast on its own. I highly recommend to you all!!!

As a authentic Chinese person from江浙沪, I love these “Chinese food”, its like a crave once in a while.
Rising Savor actually balances between fusion and Chinese food really well, unlike some other restaurants that go sweet all the way.
I can feel the chef is actually trying to prove their skills in the simple but delicious options in the restaurant, the fried chickens with different sauces are just perfect doneness.

That lady charged a lot more than what we got I got a combo c and my grandmother got a combo a and she charged her for a b even tho she only got 1 item and then also added an additional random shrimp charge that we didn’t even get the bill should have been around $22 and then said it was 27$

Got a two item to go. The location is tucked away, with a good amount of parking. Pricing is low, and the food is served in gr at quantity. My order was overflowing! The Savory Chicken is something I don’t think often see, and it had a nice kick.

They give you a lot of food packed all the way. Food is pretty decent for the price you pay. They ask if you want both chow mein and fried rice. And for the items you could ask them to sample the food if you aren’t sure what to pick. I usually get Combo A. The staff is really friendly. You also get a 10% discount if you show your student ID. I would choose this place over panda express any day.
