Outstanding place to go family restaurant in a small town staff super friendly polite as I have an accent it’s always different but yes highly recommend this isn’t a white table cloth restaurant.

Usually good food, well cooked, but was disappointed by the cod tonight and for the second time in 2 weeks. It was practically blackened Cajun style, totally inedible (picture doesn’t do it justice for how dark it really was). I got it a second time, hoping the first was a fluke, but it was worse the second time. Got some wings, too, but they could have been crispier. Ordered a lot of other stuff and really no complaints there.
Love the variety and specials here. The wings are just fantastic, usually. Don’t really like eating in, though, cause we don’t like leaving smelling like old fryer oil.

The diner food is consistently good. The service has been friendly. The desserts are so yummy and the coffee is hot. The atmosphere is quite dated and a bit dirty looking but it’s a nice place to have a little bite and talk with friends on the cheap

The customer service is wonderful! I was having an awful day and the moment i walked in they smiled and greeted my husband and I with genuine kindness. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger with sweet potatoe fries. It was delicious and came out quickly. I’m from Florida and will be stopping by here again

The food tastes great. The Reuben I ordered was actually a toasted roast beef sandwich, but still tasted good. The restaurant itself could use a little more up keep. There was food on the floor under most of the tables when we went in.

Excellent food! Excellent service! Very friendly! Obviously locals love this restaurant! We ate breakfast and I must say this is one of the BEST restaurants we have stopped at on Route 66, and we are almost done with our 2 week trip, going from LA to Chicago!
