The food here is good and they are relatively quick with getting orders out during the busy lunch hours during the week. They didn’t give me the correct food I ordered but it wasn’t a big deal, just check your bag before you leave! If you aren’t a big eater I would recommend a kids meal even for adults – chicken nuggets, fries, and you can replace the toy with their ice cream for free! (Plus a kids drink) All for a good deal too.

I can’t believe the type of people that work at this place, they don’t know about honesty or being good to others, I forgot my shopping bag for a few minutes on the counter and one of the employees took it and never returned it. When we questioned them, they changed their story a couple of times saying they gave the bag to a man who claimed it and then said they gave it to a woman. I’m very disappointed, I love Chick-fil-A but after this, I won’t be back

Delivery had no napkins, nothing to eat the soup with, no condiments that I ordered. Food was delivered to the wrong hotel room. It was poorly packed in a small bag. Seriously!!

i placed a delivery order for my mom and the young man Keontay delivered it, he was very sweet and patient. it made my day after a horrible work day myself, i wish i could’ve doubled his tip if i had known and if i do get to see him in the mall he’s definitely getting a super tip in person whether chik fil a allows it or not. amazing and deserves the world! don’t short change him one bit. ★

Both times I went to this chick fil a for curbside, they made me wait over 20 mins for my order. the most recent time, the employee walked out with multiple bags of food and handed my order to another costumer forcing me to wait another 10-15 mins for my food. unbelievable.

I did an online curbside order and forgot my chick fil sauce today. I called, not expecting anyone to answer the phone but, young gentleman answered and made sure to add the sauces in my bag. It’s something small but the smallest things mean the most just as much as the big things do! He was pleasant and kind when answering the phone as well!
