I asked to add lettuce tomato and pickles on my bacon ranch burger and they didn’t do it. They asked for the old hamburger back while they remade it. Then the new burger wasn’t what I ordered either so I asked for the manager. The manager comes to the window talks rudely to me and doesn’t apologize at all. She tells me you’re not getting any free food or coupons discounts ect. I told her Well I want a refund and she refused yelled at me check your burger before you drive away I asked her name and a refund again she said she didn’t have to give it. They didn’t give me a receipt with my order either. She then threatened me with police if I didn’t leave the property without my refund .. i contacted corporate and made a complaint. The employees inside really have attitudes and deliberately mess up orders if you rub them the wrong way. The lettuce and tomato that was added were warm old and soggy i threw away the burger and will be contacting my bank to dispute the charge. Never in my 44 years of life have I ever been treated this way by any place Ive eaten at. All I wanted was lettuce tomato and puckle handed to me through the window i didn’t want to wait for a new burger I would have added it myself but they were mad at me because they got my order wrong twice and disrespected me and even were laughing in the back while the manager was yelling at me to check it before I leave after I asked for a refund when I seen the burger she made me with old toppings. I felt like a felony was committed against me.

Order ice cream here all the time and it’s usually great!! However had an awful experience tonight. Ordered online, and one of the blizzards ordered was not right, made with the wrong ice cream flavor and wrong toppings. So I just asked if they could remake it, no big deal. Ended up remaking the blizzard with no toppings just a cup of chocolate ice cream. So once more I asked them if they could remake or add toppings. The two women working insisted on arguing with me about it and the manager stuck her hand in it to “check for toppings” disgusting. So she ended up remaking it and the third time it was ok, ( still not made right as I ordered a mix bowl mash up and they just gave me a cookie dough) but at that point I just wanted to leave. While all of this was going on the other blizzards ordered were sitting there and completely melted. Frustrating.

Excellent in all ways – clean, fast, friendly & great taste. Everything about my recent visit was great. Appreciate their friendliness, order accuracy and portion sizes. They even ask those textbook above-and-beyond questions like “do you want salt & ketchup in the bag?” which is uncommon nowadays. Really appreciate their team and leadership. I look forward to stopping by there whenever in Malvern.

This Dairy Queen in Malvern is the best one in the area. The cheeseburgers are excellent, in fact, everything that we’ve ordered has been very good. It’s a nice, clean place to get great food.

I love to eat here all the time. Their Chicken Strip basket is a great deal with so much food! And their Chili Cheese dogs are to die for. This location really speaks out to me because every time I bring my dog through the drive through they give him a little cup of vanilla!
I always tip extra when people do that for my dog! And he loves it so much he is always excited when we go through the drive through and he smells Dairy queen food!

The banana split was made great however I confirmed with the cashier that the blizzard was made with no chocolate as requested and her response it’s what they gave her and I told her I didn’t want to get give and it’s not correct ….. Well I get home and go to eat it and it’s not even a banana split blizzard I have no idea what it is. It’s awful and this is happening more and more

Food is good, but everytime I get a Sundae or banana split it has spilled over the edges of the container by the time they hand it to you. They wrap a couple napkins around it and say here. Why can’t you put it in the next size bigger container. Trying to fit a pound of ice cream into a half pound container just doesn’t work.
