Yume, das bin ich. Ramen ist mein Lieblingsessen. Ich habe einen bescheidenen Traum – dass jeder die japanische Ramen-Spezialität hier probieren kann. Ich reiste nach Japan, um von einem Ramen-Meister zu lernen. Yume Ramen taucht tief in die Esskultur des Fuji ein. Das erste Yume-Ramen-Restaurant öffnete in Österreich vor drei Jahren seine Türen und erfreut sich seither großer Beliebtheit.

I really liked the chicken in our ramen and the free ice cream they served after the dish was a nice gesture. Other than that I cannot say it is one of the best ramen I haver tested. The atmosphere was average , nothing special and not having baby chair was minus. Overall I can recommend but don’t go with high expectations.

The Wakame was delicious, and the Ramen was very nice too. The delivery of service was very quick, although the staff were a little blunt in their service and communication. Also they didn’t seem to have an English version of the menu.

A gem in the city of Hamburg! The food was lovely, service was quick and some tables were re-arranged to make our group of 6 fit in the restaurant. I can’t tell you how stellar the service was, this is the definition of hospitality! The people waiting outside were given some hot tea free of charge. Everything was served with a big smile, made fun small talk with the hosts and we even got something on the house. I cannot recommend Yume enough!

Very cute place that is also very close to Hamburg HBF, and such a great place to eat! There were a lot of people, but me and my 3 friends still had a very good table.
Food: AMAZING! A lot of delicious positions in the menu, we all took different meals and each of them was 10/10, portions are very big and you can also refill your noodles for free. In other restaurants a plate of ramen is barely enough to be full after eating it, but in this place it had everything in it!
Lemonades are very good too,
and gyozas were very juicy!
Service: very quick, very polite people are working there. Our German is not that good yet, but we still were welcomed and understood while asking in English. And by their smiles and very kind approach, you can feel how high their level of hospitality is!
I want to wish all the best for the people who works there and puts a lot of effort into everything

Since we are tourists and compare everything we eat, this was not the best meal I’ve ever had, but it was the best kimchi I’ve ever tried. Overall, it was great – I liked the staff and the presentation of the dish.

This place was awesome! It was very busy on a Wednesday nigh (which is a good thing!) but they were able to get me in and seated at the bar right away. The menu has all of the greatest hits – fried chicken, various ramens, edamame, bibimbap in hot stone bowls, alcoholic and n/a drinks (including super yummy lemonades). Their kimchi is fabulous – just the right amount of spice and zip. I got the bibimbap with bulgogi as my main and it was sooo delicious. Packed full of veggies, tender beef, and crispy rice from the heat of the stone bowl. Portions are huge – definitely get bang for your buck. I should have taken a photo but I dug right in. To top off dinner, I treated myself to a scoop of green tea ice cream. And service was EXCELLENT! You can tell that the staff truly love what they do and appreciate every customer. Highly recommend.

yea the lemonades are tasty and the gyozas and kimchi are also good.
But the main dish which is even on the name of the restaurant was very disappointing, the broth was watery there was barely any taste, the noodles were hard, in general the ingredients all together felt random the only positive was maybe the meat but other than that not particularly good.
The service was quick and very nice though so if you are in a hurry i guess its okay
