Google maps sent us to two other Chick-fil-As before this one. We wanted a normal sit down option. Not the airport of the mall. Come to this one and enjoy your experience, they even have an indoor playground.
The service was good. They were very apologetic about the soup being out. They checked on us several times while eating.
The price was reasonable.
Restroom was clean.
It was a little noisy with the kids running in and out of the play area. One child kept running from their mom.
We sat near the play area entrance. It was all good no complaint.
I will definitely stop by again.
I love their food!
Will be back!
At the Chick-fil-A locations I’m used to, employees are friendly, attentive, and quick to acknowledge customers—even if there’s a short wait. Here, my daughter and I stood in an empty line as the only customers for about two minutes without being acknowledged.
The employee who had just helped a prior customer turned her back to us and began washing her hands, which is understandable, but she never said, “I’ll be with you in just a moment.” She remained turned away long enough that another employee eventually came out and and I spoke up and said we had not yet been serviced. After this he took my order.
The experience wasn’t rude, but it felt inattentive and inefficient compared to what I’m used to. Perhaps customer service culture is different here, but the lack of acknowledgment stood out.:
