The ambiance for lunch is also good. Great views, large open space, comfortable seats, open plan kitchen and the right amount of dark wood against a light airy feeling.
Shoutout to Megan who was so friendly and very invested in taking good photos! As a solo traveler, it’s often a little awkward for me to ask for photos but she was just fab! And the service in general was top notch – attentive but not over bearing.
The largest one in the world is definitely worth a visit – the views are quite stunning (and way better than London!)
Beautiful views all around, but note that the paid tables by the window are the best spots for a nice view and a slightly more “out of the way” seating. The standard seats are in the passage of where the waiters walk and it gets a bit intense after a while as they have to walk past your table non stop, affecting your privacy.
Dinner with friends turned into one of those nights you wish you could rewind.
The food was outstanding from start to finish, beautifully presented, bold flavors, and everything perfectly balanced. The sushi was fresh and inventive, the hot dishes rich and comforting, and every plate felt thoughtfully crafted.
What really elevates the experience is the atmosphere: vibrant without being overwhelming, stylish yet relaxed, ideal for long conversations, shared plates, and laughter.
Service was attentive, warm, and effortless, making us feel genuinely welcomed all evening.
A perfect spot for a memorable night out with friends. We’ll definitely be back.
The atmosphere is stunning and lively, with great views and a vibrant vibe.
The food quality is excellent, especially the sushi and fusion dishes, and everything was beautifully presented.
Service was attentive and professional throughout the evening.
A perfect spot for a special dinner or a night out. Definitely worth visiting again.
Again, the view is breathtaking.
From the moment you arrive, the atmosphere is electric yet refined. The design, the lighting, the music, and the breathtaking views create a setting that feels vibrant, international, and effortlessly luxurious. There is an undeniable energy in the room — stylish, sophisticated, and beautifully curated.
What truly sets Sushi Samba apart is its unique blend of Japanese, Brazilian, and Peruvian cuisine. It is so much more than sushi. The menu is an extraordinary fusion of cultures and flavors, where delicate Japanese precision meets bold Brazilian spirit and the vibrant influences of Peru. Every dish is a masterpiece — beautifully presented, perfectly balanced, and crafted with exceptional ingredients. The creativity behind each plate makes the entire dining experience exciting and unforgettable.
The sushi is exquisite, of course, but the wider menu is equally impressive, offering depth, variety, and surprising flavor combinations that elevate the experience beyond expectations.
The service is polished and seamless, delivered with warmth and professionalism that enhances the sense of occasion.
For me, Dubai would not feel complete without an evening at Sushi Samba. It remains one of the most iconic and refined dining experiences in the city — glamorous, dynamic, and consistently exceptional.
The vibe really sets this place apart. It’s classy and lively at the same time, with short samba dance performances that happen every now and then and last about ten minutes, adding a fun and energetic touch without taking away from the dining experience. We were celebrating a birthday, and the staff made it extra special by taking a Polaroid picture of the birthday guest, which was such a cute and thoughtful detail. Throughout the night, the staff were joyful, attentive, and professional, making the entire experience feel warm and memorable.
This place is an icon in Abu Dhabi attracting celebrities and A-list crowd so be ready to wear your stylish outfits to impress.
From the efficient and welcoming meet and greet by the well trained front of house team you’ll be whisked to your table and honestly there’s NO bad table.
There’s a carnival atmosphere and get ready to be entertained by the dazzling dancers and stage acts who are superb and get the crowd participating.
The menu is amazing and caters for all dietary requirements and the culinary flavours tantalise your tastebuds. From the spicy edamame to the delectable sushi washed down with expertly prepared cocktails by their talented mixologists, you’ll love it here.
Set in the Conrad Hotel, the setting is pure bliss.
Make sure you make a booking as this place gets busy quickly with both the resident Emirati, tourists and the A-list crowd.
Lovely.
The food was the real highlight and it all tasted really good. You can truly tell that every dish has love in it. The Tempura Sushi is to die for with the perfect crunch and so much freshness. We also had the Wagyu Steak which was incredibly tender and just exploding with flavor.
Between the high energy dancers and the world class fusion menu it was the perfect way to ring in the New Year. Highly recommend!
Instantly taken to my table with the views of the Palms at night and it was beautiful.
Then once the server came things went downhill.
I was asked “what do I want” without much of a hello or explanation of what’s going on like I would at normal 5 star restaurants.
So I just asked for some more time to familiarize myself with the menu so I could order and shortly after I flagged a server down.
I ordered maki 3 rolls to begin with and after my server left, another server showed up with the same “what are you having” question.
I received 3 set of maki order and was blown away by the flavor and beauty of my meal.
The environment was upbeat and a little crowded but at my seat I had optimal room for my meal.
I ordered 40-48 rolls for myself due to how amazing the taste was.
The real issue came when I was deciding if I wanted more food or dessert and someone came over and wiped my table down while half my beer was on the table. SMH.
Overall the food was as delicious as I could dream of but I’d only go back if I was invited.
It’s not only the scenery that impresses; the food is excellent as well. The appetizers were delightful and beautifully presented, followed by sushi that was even more delicious. The wine selection is quite wide and well curated, which pairs nicely with the dishes on the menu. The only strange thing for me was that smoking is allowed inside in certain areas, which felt unusual and a bit uncomfortable, even though it seems to be common in Dubai.
