Founded by a group of chef friends who dreamed of opening a burger joint, Tasty Burger opened its first location behind the historic Fenway Park in Boston, Mass. in 2010. A modern fast food neighborhood burger restaurant, Tasty Burger quickly became known as the city’s favorite spot to grab a great-tasting burger. Teaming up with our neighbors at Fenway Park, Tasty Burger was the Official Burger of the Boston Red Sox from 2014-2020, making our delicious burgers available inside the park to hundreds of thousands of baseball fans every year. A cozy burger joint right next to Fenway Park. There were a few TVs playing sports and news, creating a relaxed, lively vibe. The burgers were juicy—we tried one with a fried egg and one with mushrooms, both very tasty. You can also add a side and soda for just a few extra dollars. The place was very clean, and the staff was friendly. Great spot for a casual meal near the game.

My friends & I ended a show super late and needed a quick meal before we hit the road. One of them recommended this specific location and I can see why. The place is spacious and was able to sit 6 of us without hesitation. Staff was attentive, welcoming and efficient with taking our orders and giving us our food.
I have been craving a hot dog for the longest but couldn’t find a place that does it how I like. Tasty Burger nailed it! I got the regular hot dog with ketchup, mustard, relish and onions and with the bread toasted. I ordered their cookies n’ cream milkshake and that was delicious!
The rest of the crew ordered burgers, fries and onion rings. Everyone said their order was delicious. I tried a few fries and onions and they were done perfectly. I will be back!

I was initially surprised and disappointed by the closure of the Original Tasty Burger near Fenway Park, but then I discovered that the restaurant had moved to a brand-new, shiny location on Van Ness Street, just a stone’s throw from Fenway. The menu is exactly the same as when I last visited, even though the place looks brand new. The interior is very inviting and cozy. The burgers are still excellent. I had a cheeseburger with bacon, lettuce, and tomato, plus some onion strings on the side. It was a delicious meal, though I regret not getting the fries. The service was great, and my food came out super fast. I just love a good burger.

(8/20/25) We had an absolutely excellent experience dining here for the first time! It’s a comfortable casual atmosphere. The noise level was quiet during our particular stop. The food is very delicious and cooked perfectly! Great menu items and their prices are very competitively priced for the quantities they serve! The wait staff are top notch; friendly and knowledgeable and very responsive. Can’t say enough good stuff about this restaurant!! Highly recommend! We will definitely return here during our next Boston trip!!

The food is so amazing I’ll be back – however service is truly awful. Went at 11 , ordered a regular chicken sandwich with all of the fixings and a shake for take out. In the takeout area there is no seating and we stood for around an hour to get a sandwich that had no fixings. I didn’t even bother to tell the server cause my parking expired at midnight. Hustled back to my parking and just threw the sandwich in the fridge for lunch tomorrow. Still, despite anything on it, tasted flipping great. I’ll be back, and make sure I have plenty of time to spare. But please for the love of sandwiches try to fix your service quality. I don’t minding standing around for something truly awesome but man what a disappointment not having any fixings.

Fatty processed chicken sandwiches all stringy pieces of fat throughout every bite. Completely inedible and disgusting. See photos for examples. Absolutely horrid experience start to finish. They should remove this from their menus and change their business name as it was far from tasty let alone pleasant. Uber driver was smoking in the passenger seat and took 2+ hours to deliver. Food was cold and overall one of the worst experiences to date.

I was in town for work and we went out to Tasty Burger for lunch. This was right across from Fenway Park. I will say, this place lives up to its name of Tasty Burger. It really was great. They also had some roll-up windows on the side to let in fresh air, which was really nice. They had some cool artwork up, including ones from the movie from which Tasty Burger was born. I wish we had some of these near us where I live.

Tasty Burger is a great place for a quick bite before a baseball game. Burgers are great, staff is great and super friendly. Before a Red Sox game, be prepared to wait 25+ min for a table. Our group ended up sitting at the bar. Recommend getting the Big Tasty. They are also very accommodating with allergies. I definitely miss their old location though.

I wanted just a great ballpark meal, and I got it! I got a hot dog with some onion rings, and my husband got a burger. Our server was cool and joked with us a bunch, and I had a great time! I joked that the burger looked so perfect, it looked like a crabby patty.
