Absolutely Garbage location. I place an online order at 1030 for 1115 pickup. It is now 1132 and still no food. I ask where my order is and the woman states it will be another 20 minutes for the chicken teriyaki to cook. I explain the order said it would be ready 15 mins ago and it’s still not here. She said there’s nothing I can do but you can wait for the food. I asked for a refund and she went to the back and started laughing with her coworkers about the situation. She finally comes out and says it’s refunded. I said where does it show that. She said idk online or wherever you placed the order. I said it’s not on the panda app, not online, and nothing with my credit card. She said well i don’t know what to tell you. I said give me a receipt that shows. She prints a blank receipt and says there’s nothing here. I said I know, that’s what I’m telling you…I have no proof a refund. So then she hand writes a receipt that says the order number and refunded on it. I ask for the managers info and she says I can only give you the name and her name is Lily.
This place should be avoided at all costs. Unprofessional and not timely. There was zero food out at 11 when they are supposed be open and ready. There’s still not food and it’s 1145 now.

Kiddo working told me it would be a 5 to 10 minute wait. Waited over 30 minutes with no one checking or letting me know whats going on. Didnt ask if i wanted a free meal either which is supposed to be the policy here. Needs new management and new employees. The black shirt didn’t seem to have a care in the world when I told her how long I was there for either.

Seriously rude!!!! I asked politely if that is really portions size for shrimp because its an added 150 and the girl rolls her eyes and says YES 7 pieces is the amount we give….7 pieces of shrimp 11.70….WOW I know inflation but really and an attitude thank you very much. Just an inquiry ma’am! Pkun needed extra 15 min wait for new item I also paid extra 1.50 for!

A chain American Chinese fast food, the flavor is the same no matter where you go, which it never goes wrong. We always like the half stir-fried noodle and brown rice. We order family meal, $29 for 2 side dishes and 3 entrees. It’s fast and cheap!

It twere so it twere, Sir. The Orange Chicken sauce was overly heavy and overly spicy. My nephew, the Panda Express Pro, told me so. I vow it to be so or leaches to myself you may stick. He ate it in installments. The Chow Mein was delightful. Of the three Panda Expresses we have dined at, this is the least likely he will return to. There was one woman working. A bit harried but she got the job done. Good on her, I say. And give her a raise, she is well deserving.

Just 2 pics of a terrible experience… wanted double chow mein and got half rice instead… for sauces we got a dozen of every sauce except sweet and sour sauce..the 1 we wanted… every time we order from here it’s a terrible experience. They just don’t gaf about what their doing. It’s a shame VRC location is the closest and only location that will deliver.

They got my order wrong on Uber eats and made me lose out on $4. I had to drive to the location to get them to fix it and they were out of chow mein. Instead of canceling my order, they sent me something that I obviously did not want completely wasting my time and money. They didn’t even give me a full amount of teriyaki chicken that I ordered and the serving was a mess that was almost entirely fried rice.

I’m done coming to this location… its 12:30 on a Sunday and they have nearly no food. Every time I come to this location it’s always like this. Bad leadership, poor time management and the associates have attitudes all the time. Make the food and maybe people won’t be so upset. Don’t come here.

Ordered a bowel chow mein and beef with broccoli. Highly disappointed in the beef with broccoli I had about five huge pieces of broccoli that I had to pick up with my fingers and bite down to smaller pieces and I only got one piece of beef in with my broccoli very disappointed.
