The service was too amazing, the girl who attended us at the counter was too attentive, helpful and diligent.

I love it here. Thank you! ♥️

Expect to be parked if you go through drive through, and then wait 10+minutes.

I’ve been going to this mcdonald’s for years, and I still don’t know why. I have never been through the drive through and not been parked unless I only get a soda. And even after you wait ten to fifteen minutes for your food, the order is wrong about 50% of the time

The employees at this fine dumpster fire disguised as a McDonald’s seem dead inside and miserable one even looked at me like I forced her to work there. The word fast does not exist in this establishment much less pep in their step all the blame must not be them I believe management or even maybe upper management must have an ex working here and want to see them suffer, you get middle child vibes, forgotten, unwanted just like this watered down ice coffee.

I didn’t appreciate the rudeness of the lady at the front counter with no name tag no hair net, I never got an answer to my question about how much was another piece of steak, then she was rushing me. Then goes in the back with the heavy set manager also no name tag, laughing and making fun of me because I asked questions. I stood at that counter for 10 minutes I asked her to get the manager again that took another 4 min. Who wants this terrible customer service at 7 in the morning!? Also the lady frying the hash browns had a long ponytail no hair net and the manager had a long ponytail with no hair net, aren’t you supossed to have a hair net or a hat!? Or did servesafe change!?. I asked for a refund and left. Signed very disappointed Chef

I went to this McDonald’s and ordered a steak bagel they charged me $0.40 for extra sauce she explains to me that they put it on the top and bottom what you didn’t even cover the full bagel at the top or the bottom wanted to charge me more for sauce I think it’s unfair to pay more for sauce that was never given to me is already ridiculous to pay $13 for breakfast sandwich but yet to charge me extra for something that you don’t even provide is ridiculous the manager name was Danielle she wasn’t rude but she didn’t see anything wrong with that that she rather give me a refund then give me extra sauce for my bagel I rather go to a place that has better understanding of what extra is when you’re going to pay for it…

Brought my kids to play here and eat . The service was good considering how busy it was. The only complaint is the cleanliness. The bathroom was really dirty and missing toilet paper. The main dining room as well. The play area was also dirty. Food all over the floors and tables and chairs. Paper towels scattered all over and the floors look like they don’t get mopped often enough. Cleanliness would go a long way to elevate this location to the next level.

I can tell everyone here likes their job and that’s a good thing and it genuinely pisses me off when. I see guests giving them a hard time. I don’t even like McDonald’s I only go because I’ve been broke lately and I got the app but they don’t know that. So I know they treat every guest the same, clear and curtious.

I have to park everytime I come to this McDonald’s. Waiting 15 min or more for one sandwich or one item is beyond me!!!! They need to do better!!!! I feel like employees is not the issue they are full staffed they just are slow because they want to be!!!

My take on this McDonalds doesn’t involve workers but the management. I visit at least 6 days a week to this location. A day is always a better day if I have a carmel iced coffee. The problems pertain to homeless who are always in the building. I don’t have a issue with those who don’t approach me. I dislike homeless loitering and look at me for handouts. I can’t enjoy my breakfast in peace without being harassed and bothered. It happens everyday, at least one person begging. Sometimes it’s multiple beggars hitting me up for scrilla. The behavior is inconsiderate and boderline rude. It makes an awkward interaction for me. I say no because I don’t like feeling pressured or given the puppy eyed treatment.

I am a struggling college student who rides the bus. If I caved to all requests it’s going to be me who is homeless. If I am broke I don’t visit Mickey D’s or other establishments. If I don’t have money I don’t go to restaurants. Especially with a premeditated intent of loitering and begging. It’s rude to throw me in that situation. The NPCs are not part of my quest. I am over encumbered need the to visit the inn.

There are food banks, free hot meals across the city if your hungry. Don’t come and expect me to bankroll your wants. These are not needs I’m speaking of. In the rare moment I’m not approached for money, it’s gimme a cigarette time. I don’t smoke. If I did smoke it’s not my responsibility to finance nicotine and drug habits. Some homeless are unhoused for a very specific reason. It’s not because a string of great decisions made. The exceptions are homeless with untreated psychiatric disorders and not a choice.

Managers please do better. At times management address the issues. However the majority of times it’s not addressed. I don’t want to have to visit a different McDonald’s just for peace of mind. The beggers begging is a problem that needs fixing.

I will end this by saying that I’ve been on the streets and no shelter. I have also been broke as hell. I understand how bad it can get. I have had to resort to staying in shelters. I got there by making a while lot of bad decisions. Not at any point when I was unhoused did I loiter and beg for wants. Eating Mcdonalds is their wants and in no way needs. Check yo self before you wreck yourself.

If you submit a DoorDash order, the staff is HIGHLY incompetent. Even when you have your dasher show them a screenshot of the order, they cannot comprehend how to make the order. If you aren’t going directly inside, I suggest going to any other location other than this one.
