Very average Roadhouse experience. The staff seemed a bit slower/not as happy compared to the usual high energy experiences we’ve had at other locations in the past. The food was cooked how we ordered and it tasted great. As is with any roadhouse experience, the place is always packed and reservations are your friend.

Fantastic experience! We haven’t been to a Texas Roadhouse in 15 years but decided randomly to go to this one in Pocatello/Chubbuck with our daughter. The food was tasty, big portions, quick, and cheap (or what that means these days anyway)!
Kira, our waiter was fantastic! Personable, attentive, and took great care of us! We ended up with something not quite what was ordered but both Kira and the manager Amanda went above and beyond to make it right.
We will *definitely* be going back! Taste, portions, service, they got it all!

First time eating at Texas Roadhouse & it won’t be the last! It was super busy but no wait. Had a great server. I had the steak and shrimp on skewers the steak was delicious & tender. It was cooked perfect. The shrimp had such flavor! I will definitely be back again! For 2 people with a couple of beers it was around $80. Not too pricey considering to go to a regular restaurant is just about as much these days. I wished I had room to try their desserts.

I’m not sure if it’s me but now anytime I go here it gets worse. First a server drops ranch all down my husbands wedding clothes then the next time we go in I see my server once to get my order and then I never see her again till I get my check I had to go ask another server to get a refill. Now I get my food and there was just 10 pieces of pickles on my fried pickles all small and my cactus blossom was squished and undercooked. They used to be good

This is now the fifth time I’ve found hair in my food—and the second time in a row. Thankfully, I caught it before eating, but this is absolutely unacceptable and disgusting. It completely ruined my meal, one that I paid good money for. I’m beyond disappointed. What is going on with your food handling standards? When I went to pick up the food he said we gave you 4 extra rolls because we made a mistake. Now I’m wondering if the mistake was dropping my food on the floor. I will never be returning.

Ordered take out on new years day, full rack of ribs for me, chicken and ribs for my wife. When we got home, the ribs were so dry and overcooked I finally gave up after a few ribs. My wife too. Over $50 for inedible ribs. We ordered them because we’d had amazing ribs before but someone either doesn’t know how to cook or they gave us some old leftovers. Don’t think I’ll go back again if this is how they cook expensive food.

Something has changed at the Pocatello Texas Roadhouse.
I took my family out to dinner last nite. I have loved their food and service for over 10 years, usually eat there once a month.
The Dallas Filet which costs more, was not the usual 1″ cut but barely 1/2″, it was not medium rare but nearly well done. The staff was not their usual happy personable selves. The managment has put up advertising signs all over the restaurant for local merchants. The shift manager could barely look me in the eyes and did not even try to make things right, ignored me when we left, rather than apologize and encourage us to come back again, and give them another chance.
If you are looking for a steak house, Jakers is a much better, consistent choice, or if you want the ambience of a nice dinner out, try the Sandpiper.

Our server, Angel, was very chill and attentive during our visit. I always enjoy their steaks or burgers each time I come here. I also enjoy how they give you free ice cream if it’s your birthday.

Always enjoy eating here. The food is excellent … top quality meat … and those rolls! It’s a bit noisy sometimes but the service is great. This visit I had the ribs and they were “fall-off-the-bone” tender!
