A while back I ordered two sandwiches and the bread was super dry so I stopped going for a while. Last night I went back, ordered two sandwiches and the bread was dry and hard. Very disappointing because I used to love that place. I will not be returning.

This JJs has always been on par with the good ones in the area. Service is fast enough, although the lunch rush can get bogged down. Granted, I never ask for anything that out there: I get the signature sandwiches, a few freebies, and adjust the levels of some ingredients (usually EZ on the mayo and extra tomatoes).

JJs only recently started offering toasted options, and I don’t think they’ve quite nailed them yet. That’s not a fault specific to this location, though, and their core offering is still as good as always. I like JJs because I like fresh veggies, and I still feel like I can get that here.

I highly recommend ordering online and then picking up in-store (if you do drive thru pickup, you might have to wait for those who didn’t order online). Their online ordering platform is easy, and it lays out customization options right in front of you.

Highly disappointed. We actually never got around to getting food. When we were ordering, they kept saying they “couldn’t” customize anything on the sandwiches; stating all sandwiches came as described, no additions or take aways. What???? The last straw came when they wouldn’t toast my sandwich because “only select sandwiches can be toasted”. Poor customer service. With sooooo many other choices in sub shops, I’ll go else where. We ended up at Jersey Mike’s…. Where they made my sandwich as requested. It was DELICIOUS!

Every time I get a slim 4 and ask for cheddar cheese they NEVER put it on and then charge me for it! Yes I’m picky and don’t like things on my sandwich therefore I get the slim 4 WITH cheese. Not to mention they don’t know how to speak up when there’s a busy road right by the drive thru speaker. Then when asked to speak up they get upset! This jimmy johns sucks!

First time trying a Jimmy John’s. I got the Italian original which is on the regular bun. I really like the bread. I like the portions of meat and the lettuce, all very good the seasoning was good and not overpowering. My problem was when we got there and I said how do you do this and my wife said this is our first time here there was no usual helpful suggestions or such.
My wife sandwich had avocado which is why she ordered it. When we got it and open it up there was very scant amounts of avocado.
I like the sandwich but will try another location as I think this location needs more customer service training.

I was VERY unhappy when I took out my sandwich and found they had gouged ALL of the bread from the top of my sandwich so I literally only had a crust, I paid $21 for 2 bags of chips a soda and bread they decided to destroy. I didn’t ask them to do this they just took it upon themselves, I paid for the whole French bread that is what I expect to get. If I didn’t want the bread I would have ordered a unwhich! They also didn’t get the sandwich right!

They didn’t do a single thing that I put in my order. Not toasted when asked, none of the extra (paid for) add ons added and the simplest of things (asked to be cut in half) wasn’t even done. I’ve had better service from train mice.

I tried the jimmy mustard and peppers, but they didn’t taste good to me at all. I gave it a fair chance but it just was not good. I talked to the manager DJ about having it remade and he said no because they didn’t do anything wrong. I think it’s wrong to not care about customer satisfaction! After sending my complaint on the website, they gave me $10 to get a new sandwich. I’m glad this company cares! I love when you pay for extra avocado and you get it. Addicting food.
