The employees were not wearing gloves and when I ordered a pizza with extra sauce, I received one with no sauce at all. I called the store to see if they would make it right, but when I called the manager told me I was lying because he made it himself. Very rude. I paid for this why won’t they just make it right I wish I had just went to the other location. I will never come back.

Never again. I gave this location its last chance and once again they proved how little they care about the quality of their food and customer service. Does THIS look appetizing? White cardboard with the sauce so heavy it ran off the side and made some of the crust soggy. Pathetic excuse for a pizza. This location has been in decline for years. At least the location on Bankhead used to try and make the pizzas something you’d want to eat but they were closed down. Might as well pack it up at this location too-whomever owns this location you clearly don’t want your business to last.

Literally the worst pizza place ever. Ordered 2 pizzas and drinks and they completely forgot our drinks the first time and our large pizza was BURNT. I called and they said they would remake one and bring our drinks and when they got here they had NO drinks and the pizza was still burnt. We couldn’t even pull the thing apart. I HIGHLY DONT recommend!

This place needs to shut down. We have gave our last chance to this place. Our food was cold, the wings tasted old, the pizza tasted like chemicals and the fries we didn’t even get a full order on both of those and then the cheese sticks were so over cooked. Pizza Hut isn’t like it used to be. They need to shut there doors.

The last 2 times I went to this location they have screwed my order up I won’t be going back the manager was rude I had to call 3 different times to get my order placed which was 1 lg pepperoni stuff crust light sauce 1 lg pan double pepperoni double mushroom and bacon. When I got there at first was like your total is $71 I’m like I’m not paying that for 2 pizzas but there was 2 orders with same name different phone number first pizza was done and second pizza was done incorrectly I specifically said pan and it was a thin crust and didn’t listen when I said light sauce. So I asked for manager when I told her my order was not right she was like what you expect me to do about it you don’t talk to customers like that. I expected my order right the first time. Just after my order was being corrected the next order was messed up too just very bad service

Drake was very rude when he took my order and the food wasn’t good. The dough wasn’t fully cooked and the cheese sticks were burnt. They also over charged me $10. When I called to ask about it they told me they would give me a $10 credit. Very unprofessional! Horrible customer service!

The thin crust pizza was like eating unleavened bread! There was almost no sauce even though we asked for extra. It was totally flavorless. The supreme was the same, no sauce and the crust, although it was original, was dry and tough. This is my second and last trip to “not pizza” hut.

This has got to be one of the worst pizza huts i ever ate at! Ordered two pizzas wings and breadsticks and nothing was remotley warm. The pizza was so dried out that we ended up wasting most of it. Dry breadsticks cold wings just disgusting. Being an ex employee of pizza hut i was very disappointed and will never eat at this location again!
