Good visit. Solid cold cut sub. Staff were friendly, site clean, ingredients quality. Good for Jersey Giant. Only down on atmosphere because I’m generally not a fan of the chains restaurant design… but I get the appeal.

Put in an online order, showed up 10 mins later to find the open sign off and no one at the counter waited 5 mins and went in to see if they were open then someone came out asked what I needed told them waiting on an online order. He printed the order and then went out back outside to grab his coworker. 5 mins later order done with an unpleasant employee. Not impressed with the Battle creek location. Grand ledge definitely has better service.

Some of my favorite subs truly amazing. They have fresh meat they slice in front of you. I have never had stale bread, fresh veggies and they are huge subs. At this location they have a lunch special which is half a sub, bag of chips, and a pop for little over 8$. I eat here once a week for lunch. I would recommend and will be back.

This was a great place to eat. They have a nice lunch special that incorporates 1/2 a sub (from selected sub numbers; 8,10,12,13 and 4.5… recalling from memory) , chips and fountain drink for just under $10. Beyond that the workers were friendly and professional. The manager was doing a great job of keeping the store running smoothly while training a new employee.

THE biggest and certainly in my experience, THE BEST subs. Jackie and I got The Boss with everything-everything. WOW! I’ve never had a better deli or sub sandwich.
AND… the place was clean! So nice!!
We spoke with Alyssa on our way out. We thanked her for being there and told her how much we enjoyed it. We asked her position, she said manager. We went on about how much we appreciated great tasting food in a clean environment and at a good value. She seemed very knowledgeable. It will certainly be a regular source of sustenance for us going forward.

This place is great; you should definitely eat here. I walked in and felt like a cartoon character floating through the air because it smelled so good. They bake their own bread and slice meats to order for sandwiches. I got a #1 and my husband got a #3, both half subs that were ENORMOUS and delicious. We arrived about 20 minutes to close and our orders took about five minutes to make. We saw 3-4 more orders come in while we scarfed down dinner outside and every single one was made just as lightning fast. I dig that it’s a local chain but I’m pretty sad we don’t have this joint in Grand Rapids.
