If I could rate higher than 5 stars, I would. We visited the Lafayette IHOP and the service was exceptional, entirely thanks to Lina. It is rare to find someone who manages a table with such attention to detail and genuine kindness. She didn’t just take our order; she elevated the entire experience. Management: Lina is a massive asset to your location. Treat her well, because service like this is hard to find.

Lina was attentive and timely. Before I could even ask for syrup, hot sauce or refills she was already on it. She was knowledgeable about the menu and even recommended some of her favs. Had a craving for pancakes and wasn’t sure where to go, but Lina made me glad I came to ihop!!! Great service and staff. Omelette was delicious. Pancakes were really good and tasty, rich, full flavor. Coffee was like water. I’ve only been to IHOP 2 other times, so I’m not sure if the coffee is weak or if it wasn’t made correctly. It really tasted like warm water. Was looking for a good coffee bite flavor to start my meal and it wasn’t there. Will definitely be back. It’s been a long time since I had an omelette so full and tasty. Didn’t skimp at all.

Sienna was awesome! Super fast service, really friendly, and had such a good attitude the whole time. She made the experience enjoyable. Definitely hope to have her again! Every time I’ve visited the food comes out fast and everything I’ve gotten was delicious!!

Ok. Some positive. Some negative. The food was good. The cook did a great job. The sirloin tips were the most tender I have ever had. The server, a young lady who worked her ….. off, stayed pleasant even though she was stressed because she was having to do to much. This store was run on a skeleton crew, which made the service strain. 1 cook, 1 server, and 1 other person that popped out of the back. This store could be so much better, but I thank the employees for keeping it as good as it is. I hope everything resolves and it continues to do well for the community to enjoy.

Service was great, our server Sienna did a terrific job making sure we had everything at reasonable times. Food was tasty as usual. Nothing to complain about, if you want breakfast you know where to go!

Sienna is hands down the best server here. So sweet and AMAZING at what she does. Food is so so soooo yummmy and always hot. Kitchen definitely knows what they’re doing. The restaurant is super clean. You notice everyone helping each other out. 10/10 recommend.
