I’ve never had such bad service for any place . Especially as previous beans and brews employee . They were actually disrespectful . I went to beans on a casual Wednesday a day before thanksgiving and the girl manager Sayden handed me my drinks wrong and she saw that they spilled and walked away from the window all 3 spilled in my car and they didn’t offer to remake them for me or give me rags to clean it up and is told they can only use 2 rags a day. I waited an hour!! They told me there not aloud to remake them for free because they don’t want to get in trouble so the only option they gave me was a refund . They saw I was upset and still didn’t offer to remake my drinks for my work never coming back again and take my word for it . Worst manager and assistant manager they did not care

Large place with a lot of seating choices and the decor is great for a coffee shop. There is seating for over 30 people. Plenty of parking and easy drive through.

decor and atmosphere are really good as.any other beans, but personnel is really unfriendly. Saw us in the counter to make an order and didn’t even said please wait a.minute or anything. they were looking at each other in order to see who was going to attend us. When someone finally came to.take the order not even a.good morning, sorry for the delay… I will stick to the Redwood B&Bs they are totally different. when you feel welcome in a establishment you come back, this is my first and last time in this.location.

Why in the world do you have one person working in the morning, your busiest time?? This poor, amazing employee was working her butt off trying to run the drive thru and lobby alone during a massive rush! I wanted to get back there and help her!! She was quick, professional, and helpful but I could tell she was absolutely stressed out. Take care of your employees!!!

The inconsistencies here are ridiculous. I get the same drink every time , twice a week. I get charged anywhere from $4 to $7 for the same drink. Today my tea was water. When I asked about the color and lack of tea bags the girl shrugged her shoulders and shoved the drink out the window and shut her window. I wish management would be a bit more particular about the level of service that is hired and train to give consistent quality.

This place is the worst place to get your coffee! The employees will spill your drinks in your car and won’t even offer to make you new drink or give you things to clean it up! Don’t waste your time or money here!

This location is close and convenient to my house and it used to be really good but everytime I get a drink there the quality just gets worse. This morning I stopped and waited 10 min behind a single car and though the barista did apologize for the wait my drink was awful. I get the same thing everytime and I know when it’s made correctly and when it’s not a mocha with irish cream and lavender. My drink was gritty with grounds and you can’t taste any of the flavoring. There are so many coffee grounds you can see them they coat the top and side of the lid and top inside of the cup. I’m going to have to change locations because this shop has just been turning out awful drinks. I’ve never even from other coffee businesses had my drink be gritty and filled with coffee grounds like this.

October 10th. The drive through is so slow at this location. If you’re on your way to work, skip going to this one because 1. You’ll probably be late. 2. You’ll be upset to find that your drink wasn’t made like you ordered it.
