We were looking for something different but also delicious. We were highly disappointed by our entrees. I had shrimp stuffed with crab (Shrimp Isabella), almost ever bite I had I was chewing on shells. My husband has scallops with crabmeat in linguine, and he also had several shells in his food. The Scallops didn’t even have a soft sear on them. For nearly $40 per plate, I expected better. The salad and appetizer were good. The wine was warm.

Great atmosphere in an old bank. Very classy. Great place to take someone for a romantic evening. The pot stickers were surprisingly good for a non Asian based restaurant. The stuffed mushrooms were a bit soggy. The dirty martini was well balanced. A piano player played in the background and took request.

Amazing gem located in an old bank that has been gorgeously renovated to bring a high class dining feel. The food was great and the courses were spread out over time as to not feel rushed. The staff were wonderful and very attentive. Live piano playing was the cherry on top, so well worth checking when they will have live entertainment. Highly recommend for a nice evening out, or a business dinner.

I’ve been coming to Isabella’s since they first opened. It is a traditional Christmas dinner for my girlfriends and I and I have lovely memories made here. I’ve always had a delicious meal with my espresso martini, listening to the live music and enjoy interacting with the lovely staff. Thankful for such a wonderful upscale restaurant in a stunning building in Selinsgrove!

Had been looking for a new upscale fine dining restaurant for a fancy date nite and was surprised to find this. The atmosphere is incredible as the restaurant is housed in an old bank. Cocktails were on point and the Italian food was delicious. We stopped in on Saturday night and got to enjoy live piano. You’re going to pay a little more, but it’s definitely worth it.

We’ve dined here often and it’s always been very good. Our last visit on November 1, 2025 was outstanding. Hubby is still raving about the Duck a’l’orange (it was a special). And my cordon bleu was wonderful. It was a perfect dining experience!

Fabulous atomosphere. I’ve been here twice traveling from Pittsburgh to see my daughter who lives here. The first time was fantastic. However, this last time was disappointing. Both times I got the bolognese. First time awesome. This time…how about a tablespoon of sauce?! Salad the same. Had to ask for dressing as I got about a tablespoon. At least we got enough bread. My daughter got chicken. It was drowning in lemon juice and it had to be sent back as it was sooooo sour. You would think the chef would come out and ask us what was wrong or asked if we wanted something else. The chef dropped the ball and I believe it no way could’ve been the one we had the first time. We won’t be back. Very disappointed.

I absolutely love this place! Pretty upper scale from the area and the food was awesome! I had the surf and turf where the filet minion was butter knife tender.
Salad was included which I got with double order of veggies w my current diet.
Atmosphere is an old converted bank where the bar a the old vault and its real!
Cons:
– service rather slow – might have been the night
– single toilet restroom difficult to lock. I walk in on an older gentleman in mid “stream”
– bar rather slow refill service
– need more options for low/non carb alternatives – maybe the waitress was new

Came for Valentine’s Day and food was awesome! Pricing was good for what sized portions we got. Our server Ali was an amazing server! She was knowledgable about the menu items and specials. She always checked on all her tables on the second level and ran up and down stairs multiple times and service was outstanding!!

We went for our Anniversary and it was amazing! We did not have a reservation but the Chef and staff were very gracious & accommodating. The food is absolutely phenomenal!..I can not stress that enough! If you want true Italian cuisine, you must go! The atmosphere and staff are wonderful and the restaurant itself is unique and beautiful. We will definitely be going back!
