In the past, I didn’t leave any comments because I thought maybe I just got unlucky that day and wanted to give it another chance. But today I’m done. Getting breakfast with that lovely crunch of grill dirt between my teeth isn’t just gross, it’s unsafe to consume. When I ordered dinner before, I thought, okay, maybe the grill just gets dirty throughout the day. But breakfast with burnt chunks and dirt from grill stuck to white eggs and marinated chicken is straight-up nasty. Whoever’s managing this place should either quit or a course in basic hygiene.I literally had to clean my chicken with napkins. Absolutely disgusting — and it’s not the first time, either.

I came here a few days ago during peak hours and This is definitely a very busy location and it was my very first time ever trying and Chick-fil-A And I go into the drive-thru And this employee named Gavin, who was taking my order was so nice and read off the whole menu to me, took his time When there was about 5 or 6 cars behind him because I went during rushing hours.. And most importantly he gave off the Welcoming Chick-fil-A environment that I was expecting for my first time ever trying it. I will be coming back to this location. Employee Gavin is very patient and gave me a great experience

I’d just like to note this up front because I’d never seen it before: They provided a breakfast fruit bowl to my wife and I saw it when she came home. When I think of a morning fruit bowl, the world has conditioned me to assume it will be a few grapes rolling around in between a heaping waste of giant melon chunks. Imagine my surprise when this bowl had blueberries, two kinds of apples, and oranges… no melon shortcuts at all. Amazing. They filled the bowl with substantial variety instead of big blocky bits of sadness.
We are usually there for dinner though in the late hours as they are situated near the dance school. They’re always nice, patient, and serve my daughters with a smile even when they are being most goofy. As a result, my girls love just ordering there as much as they love the food they get. We’ve never gone a full week without visiting at least once.

This is the worst Chick-fil-A I have been to. I keep coming back here bc it’s the closest one to my house but they always screw up or my bun is so stale it literally falls apart into crumbs before I can finish my sandwich. This time I asked for whole wheat bun and didn’t get it. Also, they way overfilled our soda and when they put the lid on it left big pool of soda on top, and they covered it up by putting our receipt over it. To make matters worse they only gave us two napkins total. I had to soak up the soda and squeeze out the napkins several times (that’s how much soda was on top) and we didn’t have any napkins to eat with. They obviously knew they did this and tried to hide it and still didn’t give us extra napkins. There’s something wrong with this location. There is ALWAYS a problem whereas I never have had an issue at any other Chick-fil-A. Please do something about the employees here. I like Chick-fil-A and don’t want to have stop going here but I will if I keep having issues like this.

Evening crew is amazing but I’ve gone for breakfast at this location three times now and each time, there has been an issue. Forgotten food, wrong item, and then asking me what I would like for my meal drink and then telling me I didnt order one once at the window. Evening staff needs to come show the morning crew how its done.

Recently, fall 25, it seems the customer service noted as the chick fil A my pleasure has gone down. Where is the smile and thank yous etc that chickfila is known for. While it still seems a busy drive thru is still effective and food is good. The reason people swarm to chickfilA most of time the customer service. My pleasure is what sets it a part. Please make sure your employees find or refind this. The young lady at drive thru was very smart Alec with me. I asked if she could please hand my card back not just place on top of drink. Needless it flung into my vehicle. While trying to juggle the bag and wallet to put card away. I got it back, but she was snarky, well I never have any problems doing it that way. Just a thought to revisit how Truett Cathy established his business with great pride. I worked drive thru, I get the stress, but please find this value and be sure your employees find this.

I’m very disappointed with my experience at this Chick-fil-A. My order was not rung up correctly, and part of my food was completely forgotten. I ended up waiting 20 minutes in the drive-thru, only to receive an incorrect order. What made the situation worse was that there was no apology or acknowledgment of the mistake when it was brought up. Chick-fil-A is known for good service, but this location seriously missed the mark. Long wait times, order errors, and lack of accountability made this a frustrating experience.

If you guys could please contact me I just tried to call. I just picked up a mobile order and half of my stuff was missing. I have a one and a half year-old so I’m unable to go back through the drive-through and wait that long again I was missing four things out of six things that I ordered.
