The server was 5 ***** and should be commended for having to apologize to multiple tables around us. A very disappointing $80 (before tip) meal. The kitchen is out of control. The Prime Rib was ordered at medium temperature, cooked well done. No au jus, had to ask for it. They had to make it? Broccoli smelled like fish, and the salt grinder was broken. After the fact we mentioned our experience to friends and they indicated a similar experience and will no longer go to that location. Kitchen management needs a great deal of improvement.

We stopped in for lunch and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and prepared just right. Everything came out quickly, which was perfect for a lunch visit, and we never felt rushed.
The service was just as impressive as the meal. One of the employees, Erica, took the time to speak with us about the dining rewards program and explained everything clearly and professionally. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made us feel truly valued as guests.
The restaurant itself was very clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall positive experience. Between the great food, attentive service, and welcoming atmosphere, this was a fantastic lunch spot. We will definitely be back!

Was in town for a family thing and stopped by Outback in Port St. Lucie for lunch. Erica was our server and she was amazing — especially considering it was right in the middle of the lunch rush.
I had the Lobster Tail & Filet and it was cooked perfectly. Even with the restaurant packed, Erica stayed friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without hovering. She handled it all with a great attitude.
Would definitely ask for Erica again next time we’re in town!

Mediocre experience. Waited a considerable period to be seated because the front kiosk was unattended. Lots of heavily wilted lettuce in the salad, rendering it largely inedible. Still, the overall value was decent, the cooked food was okay, and the table service was good. Other steakhouse do it better.

The steak was cooked perfectly—tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The portions were generous, and everything from the sides to the sauces tasted fresh and well-prepared.
The service was also excellent. Our server was friendly, attentive, and made great recommendations without being pushy. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, perfect for a casual dinner or a special night out.

My fiancé and I had lunch this week at this location while in town looking at a house and as soon as we walked in we were greeted with a smile by the host who took us to our table where we were served by Erica. Erica understood we were a little pressed for time so she took our orders immediately and brought our food out as soon as it was ready. She checked on us multiple times and made us feel right at home. I normally avoid using restrooms at chain restaurants but this one was SPOTLESS!! Great job PSL outback team will definitely be back

Went to Outback to try the “Aussie Meal”
I should have stayed home and watched Crocodile Dundee, instead. The choices for the meal were extremely limited. I had the burger which was decent but nothing to write home about. My wife had the Canberra steak which was not tasty at all and a big mushy mess. The waitress made us feel rushed and even though there were barely any people there, (big surprise) she hardly checked in on us. It took forever and a day for the waitress to take our finished plates and get our dessert. I have noticed this trend with many bigger chain restaurants, that they literally hire these people with zero customer service skills. It is amazing that people stand for this. It’s bad enough that a regular glass of soda was almost 4 dollars, but to have horrendous service from people who act like they could care less about the customer is a testament to how terrible these corporations have become. And a reflection of poor management overall. Stay home and fire up your own BBQ.

Best outback experience yet. The entire time was amazing. It was mine and my husbands wedding anniversary and we chose to dine here. Valentina was our server such a sweetheart, she was on point and very attentive. The manager even was coming around asking all the tables how everything was. The hostess was sweet and friendly even held the door for us. The food was AMAZING!!! The steaks were juicy and cooked perfect, the salads tasted fresh. The drinks were even on point . Such an amazing dinning experience and a great ending to our anniversary. Definitely a 10/10
