The restaurant is not what i would call pretty, has outdated kitch decor. The menu has no english, but the staff was friendly and helpful.
The food was ok, pretty bland. Nothing extraordinary. The crab soup was very good though. The prices seemed a bit high for what it was. The soup was small but the main dish was a big portion, salad included

Courteous and attentive service. Food was delivered on time and deliciously prepared. The view was nice but not stunning, and there was no parking dedicated to the restaurant. Also I am used to having lemon with fish but the piece of lemon that was served with the fish could not easily be squeezed. There is room for improvement which nevertheless does not take away from the great experience. Thus: five stars. Thank you, keep up the good work.

It’s a really great restaurant. When you step inside you immediately get a warm welcome. The staff is very friendly and well informed about their menu. Before the main course you get a tasty salad for starter (I really like this kind of habit), and not so later the delicious meal. I recommend the fish mix plate!

I am not much of a seafood person, but I decided to try seafood anyway. The food was delicious and the quantity was also perfect. We were 2 people, who dined in and we shared the food.
One dish was grilled vegetables with Rice, another one was a mixed seafood platter.

Lovely Portside seafood restaurant. They didn’t have an English menu tho so I had to use Google translate camera on my phone to figure out what I was ordering for lunch. Ended up getting the crab soup and BBQ octopus both were very delicious and came with a baked potato which was very filling. Friendly staff and quaint decor with lovely mellow 60s chill music in background. All in all a fantastic experience in Hamburg for lunch

Location is great if you’re seated inside, sadly we had to sit outside so a lot of noise from the busy street below. Food was mediocre to be honest. Krebsuppe mit krabben was made with shrimp, not crab. Fish Soup was alright but nothing special. For main dish we had Störtebeker mix and Octopus. Octopus was a bit too dry outside, gummy on the inside and too oily. The fish was good except the doradenfilet, which was under seasoned. Staff was friendly but you could tell they were too busy. Wrong order being given to us and brought me the wrong beer (but immediately noticed it and fixed it). The baked potato was good. Overall the experience was average.

We did not plan the visit . It was just coincidence we wanted to eat the fish. Overall it was ok. Lower seating area where the bar is located has better atmosphere. I had Labskaus (not a fish) and fish soup. My wife ordered Zanderfillet. Food. Service was as one would expect. Can’t say it was like wow but it was good . We paid 68E including the tip.

Delicious food, friendly and polite staff, outdoor seating overlooking the street with a partial view of the Gulf of Elbe.. The only drawback is the entrance which is on the stairs.!

I ordered the salmon with potatoes, and it also came with a side salad that I didn’t care for. But my salmon and potatoes were delicious! Would go again!
