The shop is clean and inviting and the staff is friendly and welcoming. However the donut I ate tasted like it had been sitting out for a few hours and was kind of hard and dry. My large hot chocolate with whip cream was lukewarm warm and only a bit over half full. For a $16 dollar order it should have been better.

Got a dozen doughnuts and after getting home with them, I realized they were rather dry and hard. Not impressed. Cashier was super friendly though. And the place could use some more decor. Its like walking into a brown/ pink painted doctors office.

Do not go here. Today I ordered a matcha latte with cereal, milk, and blueberry shots order for walk-in. I received a coolatta instead of a matcha latte. I asked the manager why it was made blended into a coolatta and she told me it was the same thing as a latte and that it was fine. This is not the same thing at all. Not only is it incorrect, but rude. Upon leaving, I heard the manager say, “guys please start not blending the matcha lattes because the customers cannot understand that it’s the same thing.” I am very upset about this experience and would like a refund for the whole order. To treat your guest this way is absolutely terrible.

They call the police on their customers. A passenger in a car was reported for consuming alcohol, and he wasn’t even drinking. That was determined at a traffic stop later. Heard it on my scanner. Just beware, they will cause trouble for customers.
