Burgers are ok. This place is not the best by far. I think they over rate this place. The food is ok . I hate these soda machines I do not like the taste from them at all. The fries are just ok. They was not as good as normal. For some reason they was soft no firmness at all. The chocolate shake was good. I personally don’t recommend this place. If I want a good burger I would prefer Wendy’s, jaggers, rallys,I would even prefer a whopper or even a big mac. Just my opinion and my wifes. For some reason the five guys in etown is not as good as other ones I have eaten at. I thought because it was new but it has been here for a while Plenty of time to have gotten it right by now.

So, was there maybe about six months ago and was pretty let down. Burgers were exceptionally messy and fries were cold and full of grease. Went back there yesterday and what a change! Food was hot and fresh(I forgot to get a picture of my son’s burger). The fries were perfect (my son’s rating). I am low carb so no bun or fries for me….
Five Guys is not cheap… so I expect great food for the price. Was also great to see a 100% food score rating!

The burger is great tasting and juicy with a good portion of toppings.
Fries are fresh and you can tell the difference in quality.
Prices are a little high for my liking but you do pay for what you get.
Fast and clean store, staff were friendly and attentive for the short interactions.

It’s a little different from what I felt at Five Guys in Korea. I ordered a cheeseburger with all the vegetable toppings.

Gross Burgers. Not only was it not cooked well done but it was put together so sloppy. The taste was bland and the toppings were not balanced.
The place was dirty with about 12 employees standing around doing nothing. 2 supervisors couldn’t direct the staff. Coke machine was out of just about everything and there was only about 5 people in the restaurant at a time including me.
The price? 2 Burgers, 1 Fry and 1 Large Drink: $28.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Five Guys. For the price they charge, I expected far better. My order was wrong, and when I tried to address it, the customer service was noticeably lacking. On top of that, one of the drink machines wasn’t even working, which just added to the frustration.
The quality of the food absolutely does not match the high prices, and the overall experience made it clear this place isn’t worth the money. For what I paid and the service I received, I will not be returning and I definitely won’t be recommending Five Guys to anyone I know.

Five guys is expensive and compared to some places I’ve been definitely not worth it, but five guys biggest problem is that the bun is trash. Within seconds of eating it turns into a sloppy wet mess because the buns cannot even hold up long enough for someone like me to inhale it.

My family are huge fans of Five Guys. We usually have to make a special trip to Louisville for the treat. When we found out they were building one in Elizabethtown we were ecstatic. I could tell no difference between the two locations other than the fact that Elizabethtown is not filling the bags all the way with fries like is Five Guys normal trademark. My husband however said that he could definitely notice a difference in the taste of the burgers with Elizabethtown being not as good. As usual Five Guys is on the expensive side we paid $45 for two little burgers two small fries three drinks and a grilled cheese. We were expecting the prices but I have heard a lot of grumbling from people who were not.
