We had such an awesome experience here! The food was fresh, the variety was huge, and everything tasted incredible. The restaurant itself is super clean with a modern, fun atmosphere — from the cool lighting to the spacious booths, it felt comfortable and inviting.
The selection on the menu and at the sauce/dipping bar was impressive. You can really customize everything exactly how you like it. Our table loved the whole experience — cooking together, trying new ingredients, and enjoying how interactive the meal is.
Service was friendly, the portions were generous, and it’s honestly a great place for a family outing or date night. Huntsville needed a spot like this, and Booming Hot Pot did not disappoint. We will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved it! Our server CK was amazing! He was attentive, helpful, and made the whole experience that much more enjoyable. All the staff was friendly and welcoming. The food was absolutely delicious and everything tasted fresh. If u have not tried hotpot and kbbq, u r missing out on a great experience! And u have to try the galbi ribs on the grill! 11 out of 10! Loved this place! Hoping to visit again!

Very neat experience.The photos was very good and there was plenty of options.I recommend you do the hot pot and grill combo as without the hot pot combo , there aren’t many carb options to pair with your meat. The service was fantastic. This is a very good place for a keto person, also,Give yourself plenty of time if you’re gonna eat here.This isn’t one of those in and out kind of deals. Probably been here 6x!!! Literally. Talked to my friends how good the place especially here in town not going to Atlanta. They all love this place, highly recommended! The beef bulgogi gets if u can, always got the mushroom soup so good. Had the cocktail drink was good too. Bonus!! Free meal in your birthday!!! Thats why i even love this place!!

Excellent food. We had the Dim Sum. The service was amazing and fast as soon as we ordered within 2 minutes our food was served. I highly recommend steamed rice roll, steam sticky rice in lotus leaf, deep fried pumpkin cake and brown sugar mochi. The best dishes were popcorn chicken and steamed black bean spare ribs. We have had Dim Sum all over the US and other countries, this ranks up there as one of the best!

This place is really good. Different from other hot pots. The mushroom soup with fried tofu. Lamb and beef Bulgogi. Good price for all you eat lunch buffet.

Fun date night! We had never experienced hot-pot before so we didn’t really know what to expect but we had a great time! The selection was awesome and the staff really helped us figure out what we were doing lol. Andrew was patient and gave us recommendations and let us sample the soup bases. I really can’t say enough good things about this place. Happy that we skipped our routine chinese buffet to try something new! We had the healthy herb soup base, every mushroom they offered, lamb, beef brisket, beef tongue (my favorite, excellent flavor), quail eggs, pork belly, Galbi shortrib**** (so good), my fiance had some black mussels, crab and lobster rolls. We tried the signature booming hot pot dipping sauce. I also had a thai tea, and we got the frozen fruit dessert. Everything was delicious! We were impressed. 🙂 thanks again for a wonderful night.

Went here on a double date with some friends on valentines. Overall the food was good but there were just a lot of small issues. The main issue was I called a couple weeks before the holiday asking if they took reservations on valentines. They said yes and took my name and what time I wanted.
We arrive and there’s lots of people and an obvious wait. I tell them about my reservation only to be told it’s first come first serve they don’t do reservations. I’m not bothered by that fact but I am bothered that I was told I had a reservation when I didn’t. The other couple with us was there 30 minutes early and could’ve gotten us the table.
The wait itself was only about 30 minutes so nothing crazy. Our server was super nice and took our drink orders. I had a water and a cocktail and had to request my water a second time. Two people in our party got the fun teas and they had to also ask for them a second time.
I went to the restroom and waited a bit and as another woman was trying to leave she was locked in the stall. The lock seemed broken. And the other stall was locked but no one was in there. My friend tried a couple of times but they were both locked after that so they didn’t have available women’s restrooms the two hours we were there probably more. My friend had to go to the nearby target as it was late so lots of places were closed and she wouldn’t have made it home. My friends husband offered to check the restroom and “stand guard” so she could use it but she wasn’t comfortable with that. From what I did see of the bathrooms they were very clean.
After receiving our food our server didn’t check on us much but it was a very busy night so it’s understandable. When we finally got the check (which took a while) it was wrong. We were a group of four but split 2 ways per couple. But some of the drinks were on the wrong tabs. Overall it came out to close enough we didn’t worry about it we were all just ready to leave.
My partner and I enjoyed the food but our friends didn’t. I thought it was good but not great. There were definitely some ingredients that I enjoyed trying but simply weren’t for me which is great as that experience is a great way to try new things.
All in all my partner and I plan to go back when it’s less busy and hope for a better experience. I know in the jobs I’ve worked when you have a customer with an issue there somehow is always more and more issues that seem to stack for that one person so maybe that was us. I plan to update this if I have a better or worse experience.

Lots of food choices anyone should be able to find something they want.
The experience was not great. Santa was advertised to be there and he was not, very disappointing for the kids. No apologies or even info until we asked although staff knew that’s why we can’t. If you are not eating both hot pot and grill, but your table wants differnt things you have to pay for both and you have to wait for grill items to be cleared before beginning hot pot. Food was not seasoned well, but I now realize there was a buffet with seasoning that is available. Would have been nice if we were told about this.
For people inexperienced to Hotpot it is not any easy thing to know how to cook each item. Waiter did not ask to assist or direct to the guide mounted on wall. The guide is helpful. The waiter seemed frustrated to answer questions not very engaging.
The ice cream Popsicles were great honestly saved the experience from being bad to mediocre.
