I don’t understand how this place in business they got the dumbest workers behind the counter where they cheat customer out of their sandwiches. I order a foot-long roast beef picked it up. I noticed they got two slices of meat in my sub. I buy Subway roast beef all the time this was the first time at this restaurant. I never have any problem with the Porsche these people at this location there are Filling up your sub with lettuce and no meat you’ll end up eating bread and vegetable. This is not acceptable. That place should be closed down.

Ordered online and didn’t receive everything I paid for. Only was missing the drink and chips, but when I called, I was immediately was told it “wasn’t their fault” and to contact DoorDash. However when you don’t have a DoorDash account, they send you a link and when you need help it routes to the store. I got hung up on not once, but twice. The second time I called before I got hung up on, I was told the manager can give the refund next day however the employee wouldn’t give me the name so I can call and speak to them and hung up the second time. Just terrible customer service for something simple as a partial refund for items that weren’t received when I’m unable to come in which was the whole point of the delivery. Mind you, the receipt even says “if it is not right, we will make it right. Please call with your comments” just ridiculous and terrible customer service. Do NOT give them your business.

I had gift cards for Subway. This Subway looks very nice. It’s doesn’t get too crowded and is fairly clean. I decided to get three sandwiches to go. There was only one person working at the Subway. The person, a woman, appeared to be middle aged. I attempted to place my order. She could not communicate with me. She didn’t understand what I wanted. She didn’t speak English. She didn’t speak Spanish. I told her thank you and left the Subway. I left very frustrated. I did stop at a differant Subway to use the gift cards. There was one person working at the second Subway. He spoke broken English. I did get my sandwiches. I won’t be going to any Subway after this experience.

I would give this place a negative 10 stars. I had to tell the lady to add more to my salad bowl. It was like my salad bowl was half full. Her attitude was horrible. And when I asked if they had guacamole she said “yes” with an attitude. Then last year it was a guy that seemed rude also. I get it that we all have bad days but this was the second time I’ve gotten rude customer service. And it was messy at the area where they pick your food.
I won’t be coming back to this location no more. I’m going to the one I always go to where I get treated with respect, and they will put more on your bowl and/or subs.

I ordered the chicken salad wrap . Didn’t taste right I ate a few bites and threw it away . My stomach hurt an hour after. eating and had to be in the bathroom . I will never get chicken salad there again . Last wa friendly but was hard to understand . But very nice .

Not greeted when walking in not enough people to service customers they did not accept our coupons when the franchise print the coupons to be accepted. I live in the area. I will travel somewhere else to a different subway. I do not appreciate the disposition of the owners at this franchise, they should be more thoughtful of their customers me and my son love Subway. We eat out once a week. Be blessed.

My husband asked for a cheese and veggie sub for me. He requested extra cheese and veggies since I was getting no meat. There are almost no ingredients on this sandwich, not even a normal amount of anything let alone extra. This has been a normal occurrence at this location, but this ridiculous sandwich was the last straw. I will not be back.

Had an online order and Asked for extra crispy bacon and my bacon was not even done, or cooked even a little bit! I called and told them, and they tell me to bring full sub back. But I am at work , I am hungry , I can’t just leave agian. I am very upset , not only was the bacon not crispy but I am missing black olives , salt and pepper. They pay no attention to specific requests for online orders! Will be the last time I order online unless I’m in the store making the sub with them. Do better subway, I rather do your job and get it right the first time for customers . .

Service was decent but it took longer at the register than making the sub. Feel like they didn’t know what I got 16.16 for a foot long chicken teriyaki?
