All rice and hardly any food. Not impressed. I wish I could have my $12 dollars back -or at least a decent dinner. I can buy rice for $2 and make this myself.

I hate to leave negative reviews and I like eating here but during my most recent experience the workers were surprisingly rude. I had ordered online and came to pick it up. There was a man mopping at the front so I told him I had a pickup order, he wordlessly pointed to the counter where a bag was sat. I picked it up and asked if it was mine to which he didn’t respond. A lady then came from the back angry and scolding me as if I was stealing it or something. It got sorted out in the end, but I wanted to eat, not get profiled. I will unfortunately not be returning to the restaurant and encourage you not to as well

Ordered shrimp fried rice and hot and sour soup for take out. Should’ve known better since when we walked in the door the place smelled like raw sewage! Rice was cold with no flavor! Hot and spicy soup was not spicey nor hot! Both dishes had absolutely no flavor! Even the soy sauce had no flavor!!! Asked for my shrimp to be cooked well done! Not! And the woman had a dismissive

I normally don’t leave reviews, but this experience was too ridiculous to ignore. The owner was extremely rude both over the phone and in person. I called ahead to place my order, and when I arrived, we were the only customers there—no one else inside, no other orders being made. Yet they still hadn’t even started cooking my food.
On top of that, the owner had a terrible attitude the whole time. When I finally did get my order, the food was nasty—cold, bland, and honestly not edible. The customer service and food were both awful.
Save your money and go somewhere that actually respects their customers. I won’t be returning.

I wish I had read the opinions before trying this place. If you don’t want to waste time, money and good energy please don’t stop here. What a bad experience, bad and hostile communication, sodas tasted like water with syrup and the food taste like it wasn’t made at the moment. Golden China in High Point won’t disappoint. It’s cleaner and the food its delicious, and good service. I didn’t go because it was closed, and decided to try dragon wok. First and last

I ordered sweet-and-sour chicken for my daughters, trying Dragonwok for the first time. Unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. The chicken was old, dry, and tasted like it had been cooked the day before. Most of the pieces were hard as a rock, with only a few that seemed even remotely fresh.
This was honestly the worst sweet-and-sour chicken I’ve ever had in my life — and easily the worst Chinese food experience I’ve ever had. I won’t be returning to Dragonwok.

I’ve been buying from this establishment for the past few years and enjoyed the food. But last night it was horrible! The brown rice was hard, cold and old! As were the fried chicken wings! I’m looking for a new place now. Too bad because I really liked them.

We ordered dinner and never got it. We did get a photo showing it was delivered to a house we don’t recognize. When we called Dragon Wok we were told to call Grub Hub (for whom we do not have a number) and began a vicious round of denials and still no dinner. We have used Dragon Wok before but never again. Beware!

I have always seen this place next door to my chiropractor and decided to check it out. I ordered their pepper steak and was looking forward to enjoying it. Imagine arriving home, and it’s time to eat, and you open the bag, pull out the food, open it, and see that the bowl was primarily full of onions, and I counted four pieces of bell pepper and seven small pieces of steak. Also, there was no gravy in it. I’m from up North, and we know good Chinese food, and they would never give us six little pieces of steak and all those onions and hardly any peppers in it. I was appalled and disappointed, and I will not purchase anything else from Dragon Wok. On a positive note, the lady who took my order was pleasant from when I placed it to when I received it.
