Can’t get anyone to answer the phone- They’ll answer swiftly to take you order and your money but good luck getting ahold of them for anything else. Absolutely ridiculous- they obviously don’t value their customers time or satisfaction.
Multiple times I have called only to be put on hold and you can see the hold time in the picture- they are not that busy on a Wednesday night at 9:15.
Now watch them give a generic response asking me to call them so they can “make it right”

Ordered some pretty basic items. Stuffed crust pizza with extra cheese, sausage, and pepperoni, and cheese sticks. Pizza was not to order. Light on cheese and not stuffed crust. I paid a pretty good tip too on top of a premium price (42 after tip). Not very happy for za and sticks.

I never have issues here. But today was lackluster. I was brought wings and asked where my ranch was. He said in the wing container. Like this is unsanitary. Having hands on the ranch containers then laying them on my wings. Where’s the bag? The heat from the wings busted one of the ranch’s.

We had my grandsons birthday party here and because it was just the main family we didn’t reserve anything but the young guy at the counter was AWESOME!! He quickly put together a couple of tables and said we could decorate the little area if we wanted. He got our pizzas right out to us and checked on us periodically. I was so pleased with the outcome of my grandsons party. It showed me that there are still a few good people who enjoys showing kindness to others. The pizzas came quickly after ordering and was delicious. They were much better tasting than the one on 7th street.

I order food from their restaurant and they delivered it to the wrong address and didn’t work with me to get it to me and dropped it off at a random place. Then had an attitude when I ask them to deliver it to the right place. Their customer service is terrible and and disgusting!!

Made and order thought the app, when i got there to pick it up was told by the manager that the order wasn’t made even though I showed her proof, she said I could place the order again and hope that it came through this time but I would have to pay for it again.
So I was basically out of 20 bucks, manager needs training, will never come back to this location.

I love Pizza Hut’s pizza and this place is definitely the best of the locations in town! They always use more than enough cheese and have never been stingy with the toppings. To top it off, I have witnessed some of the kindest behavior towards some folks that were down-on-their-luck and in real need… the staff really blessed them & for that reason alone I will order from this location exclusively going forward! Way to be a light in a tough world!
