I wish I could give a better rating, but it seems that despite my love of Red Robin’s food, there’s always an issue when I go. Our server greeted us, took our drink orders, then another server brought us our drinks, and took our food order. No issue there, nothing wrong with teamwork. While we waited on our food, 3 or 4 young children from a large party a few feet away, ran around the dining room, yelling and screaming. It was chaotic, and not conducive to a relaxing meal. I really wish management would have asked the parents to keep their kids at the table. Not long after our burgers were brought by our original server, which was great, except that the onion ring tower we ordered, as an appetizer, was missing. Our server indicated that the other server had not informed her of the onion rings, and promised to get them right out. Unfortunately we were halfway done with our burgers by the time the onion rings arrived. All the food was hot and fresh, but the parmesan “crisp” on one of the burgers was so chewy it was nearly inedible. Sadly this seems to be what I experience at Red Robin, great potential, that always falls just a bit short of expectations.

Went with a party of 22, including adults and children and separate checks. Our server, Caitlyn was absolutely amazing! Got everything right, kept refills on everything coming and was so patient. Best service! Highly recommend this location!

Was here for dinner. Not our first time with Red Robin, however this particular location was not good. Our food came out fast and as ordered, overall taste was good. Our waiter, started off ok, but then he never tend to us after. We had asked for a refill and never received it. The restaurant was not busy as well. We had the Burning love burger with garlic fries and a whiskey river chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries.

Not sure where to begin! I hardly ever give bad reviews but I feel compelled to tell the world about this place. I ordered a “simple burger” with fries. The burger was dry thin and came with a pinch of lettuce and 2 slices of tomatoes the size of quarters!! The fries were about 15 steak fries that tasted old. Nothing was hot as in freshly made. My daughter’s burger was the same topped with hard dry avocado and a few small circles of fries. Not sure how a restaurant could be so skimpy on lettuce tomatoes and onions! We both ordered a maithai and a patron drink. when I say you could not taste alcohol! NO taste even after asking for light ice. The guacamole was so nasty and almost brown! Again, no taste what so ever. The texture was grainy. This garbage cost $71. We were soooo disgusted. Money is hard to come by and who wants to waste money! I feel like I have been robbed. Don’t waste your time or money. Go to Fridays if you want a decent burger.

My recent visit to Red Robin in Frederick, Maryland, left me thoroughly impressed. The Manager, Donnell, and the entire staff went above and beyond to make our dining experience exceptional. Not only did they provide excellent service, but the burgers we ordered came out incredibly fast and were bursting with flavor. It’s clear that they take pride in their food and customer service. I highly recommend this Red Robin location for a delightful meal with top-notch service.

So…. if I don’t have a phone, or don’t use my phone to scan every QR code (which may load God only knows what on my device), how do I access the crucial allergen information?

Had a fantastic time food was great, fries were hot and fresh. Love the drink specials. Wesley at the bar area is super friendly and prompt with orders and service. I loved the donut rings dessert. I have been back four of five times. Great place to get a bite to eat. Affordable and delicious.
