Fresh off my plane I was looking for somewhere to have a quick lunch. They had decent reviews so I thought I’d try them out. The server named Lisa was very pleasant and explained to me about their famous sandwiches so I said I would try the ham and cheese. The sandwich came out so quick. I was astonished and could not believe how tall it was. The bread was super fresh. I do have to admit I’m not a fan of vinegar based coleslaw. I prefer a cream base with horseradish, so I did scrape some of that off and the french fries that was a nice ad she recommended. I put some hot sauce on it which I did and that was very good, but I was a little shocked that they don’t have any kind of either an a lolly or some kind of a condiment sauce because it makes it a little bit dry without that. Of course I couldn’t eat the whole thing, but I managed to demolish most of it. I would probably go back again and try a different sandwich. They had such a large selection of lunch meats to choose from.

Came here straight from the airport to try the Pitts-burger, and it absolutely lived up to the hype! Perfectly seasoned, cooked just right, and truly delicious. The restaurant was clean, the staff friendly, and the overall atmosphere was excellent.

Grew up on Primanti’s food and love it. After moving away, I actually get craving for their sandwiches. Everytime I go back to Pittsburgh, my first stop, after the airport, and my last stop before going back to the airport is Primanti’s.

The food was average and the service was a solid two on a scale of 1-10. Our server seemed disinterested in waiting on us and was more interested in chatting up a guy two booths behind us. I cannot recommend anything about this place. Good luck

We stopped here after an event to share a meal and catch up with a friend. The food was classic Primanti’s and just what we hoped for. Our server, Justin, was an excellent waiter! His timing and service were impeccable! We appreciated his quiet demeaner. During our meal, my husband realized he had lost his 46 yr. old wedding band! We looked all around to no avail. We gave Justin our contact info and headed back to the event center to look there. We held little hope of ever seeing the wedding band again. About 30 minutes later Justin called us to say he found it! We were thrilled! We can’t say thank you enough to Justin!

Delicious experience!! Almost famous Reuben sandwich, perfect done—crispy bread, tender meat, and melted cheese in perfect balance. Paired with a cold beer, it’s simply delightful.

We stopped for dinner on 6/24/25. The atmosphere is nice and the staff were friendly. I had the Pastrami sandwich which was classic Primanti’s! My wife had the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich and fries which she said was good.

We stopped in for dinner and had a server, Madalyn, who seemed to not realize what a server was supposed to do. We were Madalyn’s only table so far when we arrived and it took her 13 minutes to even come to the table, acknowledge us, and get our drinks. She had been leaning against the bar for the last 14 minutes since we were seated. When she then finally brought us our drinks, they had 4 ice cubes and the drinks were not even cold from that little amount of ice. We couldn’t even ask for more ice because she went missing again. She got sat another table after being there for 22 minutes and came over to them to get their drinks order and did not even look at our table. She finally came to see if we wanted to order anything after being there for 35 minutes and politely saying as she walked by that we were ready to order at the 20 minute mark of waiting for her to come back after finally delivering drinks. She acted like she did not hear either of her tables politely asking for things and just kept walking. She had been standing at the bar, again, for the last 15 minutes now, not doing anything but looking at her phone. We were finally able to order and when she finally brought our food, all of it was already cold because it was sitting out for so long. She never stopped back to check on us and ignored empty glasses that were sitting at the end of the table for over 25 minutes at this point. She would keep going to the bar and putting her head down in her phone for 10 to 15 minutes each time. After an hour and a half we ran out of time and had to ask for food containers so we could heat our food at home, but even that took another 20 minutes. My wife went to the restroom and noticed Madalyn was in the handicapped stall just camping out-not using the restroom at all other than to sit quietly in there. Madalyn seems to have missed her calling and should not be a server. Primanti’s do better and make sure servers actually want to be there and do their job. Getting cold food and a 45 minute visit having to take over 2 hours because Madalyn was so spaced out is not a way to run a business. Also, the bathrooms had no toilet paper and were filthy. This was at the beginning of the afternoon. Not after a full day, even.
