I am extremely disappointed with this Subway location. The store is advertised as open until 8 PM on Christmas Eve, yet an employee took it upon himself to close almost an hour early for cleaning. While staff duties are important, the posted hours are there for a reason — customers should not have to suffer because an employee decided his schedule mattered more. This behavior has cost this location a loyal customer and I feel compelled to let others know that here, the customer’s time seems to come last. Very frustrating and unacceptable.

I ordered two sandwiches on the app around 8:59 pm. The app said the order would be ready at 9:15, so I headed to the store. The girl working informed me that they only had wheat bread and she was waiting for more bread to come out of the oven. She said it would be about ten minutes longer before she could start making my order. I came back at 9:35 and she said she barely started making my sandwiches. I waited and then she informed me that she was out of bacon for my chicken bacon ranch sandwich… The girl was nice and offered to substitute the bacon for another protein. The order wasn’t completed until about 9:55, nearly a whole hour since I ordered online. Overall the experience was extremely disappointing… I should have just asked for a refund and left. Management needs to step in and ensure that their stores are stocked properly. There were several people waiting for their orders just like me.

I had a wonderful experience at this Subway thanks to the General Manager, Ash. She goes above and beyond to make sure every customer feels valued. During my visit, she was training a new employee, Alex, and handled it with patience and professionalism while still checking in to make sure I was happy with my order and overall experience. Ash not only ensured the food was fresh and the service smooth, but she also personally welcomed me to come back again. That extra effort really stood out and made the visit memorable. Alex is clearly in great hands with her guidance, and it’s easy to see how her leadership makes this store such a positive place.

I’m a regular at this location and I’m always met with a friendly greeting every time I enter the store. The manager ash is always super friendly and she knows my order by now, I don’t even have to say anything which is the best form of service. She’s quick and accurate with my orders even when I buy multiple subs for my guys. Best location by far.

I had the pleasure of being helped by Nataley during my recent visit to Subway, and she absolutely deserves a shout-out! From the moment I walked in, Nataley greeted me with a warm smile and a professional, upbeat attitude. You can tell she takes pride in her work. Every sandwich she made for me was crafted with care, paid attention to detail, and very delicious!
What really stood out was how attentive she was to my preferences, asking the right questions and making great suggestions without rushing me. The sandwich not only looked great but tasted even better. It’s clear that Nataley goes above and beyond to make sure each customer leaves happy.
Even when busy, she does not stress and works pretty fast to keep the line of customers moving.
I really like when she thanks me for being patient with my order.
If you’re stopping by this Subway location, do yourself a favor and hope Nataley’s behind the counter—you won’t be disappointed!
