Fantastic restaurant in the east end of Glasgow. We arrived without a booking on a Sunday afternoon and got a table no problem. There was live entertainment, a solo singer, who was excellent. The service was amongst the best I have experienced in years and the waiter was an absolute star. Great menu and we chose the burger and beef brisket chilli. Both were top notch. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back.

We arrived a bit earlier than expected and it was no problem to fit us in. The food was lovely & have to say best vegan burger I’ve ever had! We were going to the Barrowland Ballroom for a gig and were ridiculously early so the staff made slight changes to tables to allow us to stay as long as we needed which was above and beyond! We will definitely be back next time we’re in Glasgow.

First time visiting on a busy Sunday evening, definitely needed a booking but being close to Christmas completely expected.
The venue itself is brilliant, a converted church with loads of character, and the vibe was absolutely on point. Service was great, friendly, attentive, and there was always someone around if you need something.
Food-wise, everything we had was really good, but special mention to the wings. I usually prefer crispy, but these were smoked and packed with flavour so I maybe a convert.
Wife got the special sirloin and thoroughly enjoyed it. I had the brisket burger and couldn’t fault it.
Will definitely go back.

Had a brilliant night at St Luke’s and the winged Oz. Booked a table last minute, staff were brilliant, yes we had to have table back for later service as close to music venue but weren’t rushed. Amazing cocktails, great prices, BBQ specials were delicious, we ordered three and some sides and was more than enough for 2. Brisket and ribs were the standout items and Cajun fries though the Texan link and all the other foods were delicious too. We then moved to a soft seat to free up our table for a drink, this was reserved too but staff said happy for us to sit there u til then. Then they ended up rejigging seating plan so we could stay which was above and beyond! Brilliant place, great atmosphere, changed to candles and fairy lights as got dark. Great vibe, excellent drinks and food menu would highly recommend and already got plans to go back with team from work for an event next year.

Watching MONO’s European tour concert in this venue was a very special experience. Seeing a church converted into a concert hall – what a great idea! The sound is really good, and if you want to enjoy the show sitting comfortably you can do so on the upper floor. Highly recommended.

We booked for a pre gig dinner on monday night. St lukes is such a cool venue and the menus are fantastic. My wife is coeliac so to have a fully dedicated gluten free menu with loads of options was so great. The gf burger she ordered was fantastic and she said it was one of the best gf buns shes had, so the st lukes team are clearly set on high quality. The service was excellent and staff all lovely. My burger was excellent and we enjoyed numerous pints of Jubel and a wee pickleback before swaying off to see CMAT. We’ll definitely be back

A review following our wedding at Saint Luke’s on 21st September 2025;
We are still on cloud nine and cannot thank Saint Luke’s enough for everything Alyson & her team done to make our wedding so magical. From start to finish, it was beyond anything we could have hoped for. We still can’t believe how perfect they made it.
Alyson, you were an absolute star throughout the whole process. You were so proactive, endlessly helpful, and genuinely thrilled for us every single time we spoke. Even though you do this every day, you made us feel like the only couple in the world to get married here and that kind of care and excitement is so rare and special. I genuinely need you to manage and organise my day to day life because let’s face it, I love to procrastinate and you’re the only person who is able to manage that
For me as the bride, the most extraordinary gift was how relaxed and at ease I felt on the day. Not a single nerve in sight, just pure excitement and joy. That’s down to the atmosphere and environment the guys have created at Saint Luke’s. Having spent so much time there as a couple, at gigs and events, and many a drunken afternoon and night in the Winged Ox, it already felt like “our place.” On our wedding day, that familiarity wrapped around us like a hug. It was such a safe space that when the time came, I felt born ready to walk down the aisle with absolutely no hesitation, just the happiest heart in the world and ready to party.
Having Alyson’s familiar and friendly face there from the second I got out of the car, until we danced our way in to married life meant to the world to me, she was an absolute star and I’m so blessed to have met and got to know her the last 2 years.
And then the day itself was seamless. The immaculate room turnaround, the flawless service, the piping hot food (that every single guest is still raving about!), the efficient bar with no queues, and cocktails that have gone down in legend, it was all perfect. Our guests couldn’t stop praising it all, and neither can we.
Saint Luke’s gave us not just a wedding day, but the best day of our lives. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your passion, your dedication, and the love you poured into every detail. We will treasure it forever.
Huge thanks & shout out to the security team, Amy & Jake. Amy was stood on her feet all day and night giving us the best chat outside until she came and personally found us to say good night before she was heading home, and Jake may be the only man brave enough to take a drink from a bride when she’s trying to sneak it outside for a sneaky cigarette they were both amazing, full of funny chat all day and night and people genuinely assumed they were also guests because they were so interactive and chatty with us all!
And Tam. I know it was like herding cats for you all day when you were trying to find us to have courses served and entrances made, thank you for being so patient!
Saint Luke’s is genuinely the best wedding venue in Scotland, these guys have nailed every single aspect there is to offer, and the owners have absolutely hit the jackpot to have Alyson & her team looking after their couples, they are all an absolute credit to Saint Luke’s and I hope this feedback finds its way to them!

Fantastic christmas day dinner. Atmosphere was fab, staff so warm and attentive and smiley (even when working xmas day) food arrived fast no long waits a well oiled machine.

I flew here from the US for a Panchiko concert last year. I had a great time, I remember the price for the food being very reasonable and I find the barrels they use as tables to be quaint. I ordered the restaurants titular burger The Winged Ox. It was an amazing burger, the sauce they used tasted just like my dad used to make. I actually shed a tear because it was the best burger I had since he passed away. It was very special to me.
The concert venue was also amazing. The building itself looks amazing and the band sounded great. I was also very fortunate to be introduced to a awesome new artist here (Mei Semones) who I really enjoy listening to. Made some really fantastic memories here at St. Luke’s and The Winged Ox. I’d definitely catch a show and have a pint and a bite to eat here again.
