Stopped here during my layover and ordered the Chicken Shack. The chicken was fresh and crispy with good flavor, and the service was quick even with a steady crowd. The only downside was the bun, which felt a bit cold and not as soft as it usually is. The seating area is spacious on both sides of the counter, which is rare for an airport spot and makes it easy to relax before a flight. Staff were friendly and kept the area clean. A convenient stop if you want something simple and good before boarding.

Very disappointing experience Shake Shack in Terminal 1, LAS airport.
I ordered a single burger and, while waiting, politely asked for a cup of hot water. The staff member at the counter informed me that I would be charged $4. Her tone and manner were dismissive and unprofessional, reflecting a clear lack of customer service. I was left genuinely speechless by the interaction. Fortunately, a young man who witnessed the situation stepped in and generously paid for the hot water.
It is concerning to encounter this level of service at what is supposed to be a world-famous burger establishment. To add to the disappointment, the burger quality did not meet expectations — it was comparable to Wendy’s, and not in a positive way.
I hope management takes customer experience more seriously moving forward.

Enjoy visiting Shake Shack at the Las Vegas Airport Terminal B. I didn’t eat in the morning and I really wanted a burger.
The fries were great and the classic vanilla shake made me think they may have the best shakes of any major chain.
The burger was good too I got a double cheese burger and there was lots of cheese and they served it nice and hot.
The staff were hardworking and friendly. I didn’t take long to make an order and get my food.

My daughter and I ate here for dinner on 31 Jul 2025 prior to boarding our flight. In fact, we probably wouldn’t have eaten here if it wasn’t for a delayed departure time and a gate change that took us from C gates to B gates. Regardless, I was glad this occurred because it aligned our meal closer to the dinner window versus having to scramble around at our final destination to find something to eat. Not to mention, Shake Shack happens to be one of my favorite fast food burger restaurants in this country.
We ordered the Shack Stack, Shack Double, Hot Dog, and 2x Fries. Everything tasted as it should have; however, I will add that the fries weren’t as perfect as I was used to (some pieces should’ve been left in the deep fryer for a little longer). Also, the burgers could’ve been a little more presentable – yes, I’ve eaten at this franchise many times to know that majority of the time, their burgers are flawlessly stacked. Despite these two things (which were minor in my opinion), the food tasted magnificent and definitely hit the spot.
The service was adequate; my hats off to the entire staff on shift when I visited because that restaurant had a lot of customers and we really didn’t wait too long for our food. The lady who took our order was efficient and very nice (I think her name was Lolita, based on the name on the receipt). Also, I enjoyed hearing the employees speaking up loudly when calling people’s numbers because sometimes it can be difficult to hear in crowded places.
The prices are typical airport prices…which you can take it or leave it. I’m never a fan of eating any of my big meals in an airport unless I absolutely have to, but again, I didn’t want to try and find something late at night at my final destination so this was the best recourse for us. Shake Shack prices are not known to break someone’s bank, so you’re not really spending an arm and a leg here…even though it’s located in an airport, but there is indeed a slight increase in prices. I am always grateful for this franchise’s ongoing support to the men and women of the Armed Forces, including its Veterans – thank you for that! Overall, I enjoyed my experience here and highly recommend this restaurant to everyone!

Restaurant was very busy, but line moved quickly. Staff was friendly , professional and helpful. Love the choice of food here. Burgers, fries and shakes all taste good. Did not take too long to receive food after ordering. If you are in the airport, this is a good option for something to eat.

I love Shake Shack, but this airport location isn’t great in terms of food quality/taste. My cheeseburger was pretty tasteless and the fries were soggy and flavorless. The service was quick though, and the atmosphere is nice and modern and clean. I would prefer more comfortable seating though, but it’s at least a nice change of scenery from the gates.

Best quick and well priced breakfast when it’s slammed in terminal B; the sausage egg and cheese was great and they also have tater tots and coffee. Way better than waiting in the atrocious Starbucks line.

I don’t often eat at Shake Shack but they have never disappointed and this was no exception. My wife and I were not in any hurry but our order was surprisingly handle quickly and we had our food just a few minutes after ordering. I had a double burger with no cheese and my wife had the chicken sandwich. Both were great, as were the fries. We ate in their sitting area and even got refills on our drinks before we headed off to our gate.

This Shake Shack at the Las Vegas airport is honestly one of the better Shake Shacks I’ve had. And I’m not saying that because Shake Shack is amazing in general. I actually think most Shake Shacks are pretty mediocre and kind of equally disappointing. But compared to the usual standard, this airport location is surprisingly solid. Definitely one of the better ones in the Shake Shack universe.
