I ordered almost $100 worth of food on a to go order to get home and see that my food was raw. My kids burgers were raw and pink in the inside as well, which I didn’t get pictures of because I made them immediately throw it away. Very disgusting and disappointing. I’m not sure if it was just the cook that night or how the restaurant performs overall, but this is unacceptable. Will not be returning.

Melissa is awesome!! She served our huge group with excellence and grace. Our group arrangement was a little chaotic with figuring out seating, etc, but she was very understanding and kind in working all of us in and making sure everyone was comfortable. We were a mixed group of young adults and teenagers (you know how that can be), but she handled the chaos with good humor and great service! Our food was delicious and fresh. Normally it takes forever to get seated here, but we were seated really quickly too. This was our best experience at this Chili’s.

Horrible experience, almost but into my food and found a long piece of hair fried into it. What really made it worse is after waiting on hold to talk to someone about it, not wanting anything besides to let them know like hey watch out maybe someone new isn’t doing something properly. They keep hanging up there phone!!! Now that is what makes this place terrible not only can they not get they’re good right that we paid $80 for but can’t even answer a phone.

I just want to take the time to say how much I appreciate the server I had yesterday. His name is Dustin and he truly was an amazing person. He had so much compassion and kindness towards my mom who is going through cancer and him taking the time to make sure she was doing well and had everything she needed made me and my husband so happy. So please tell Dustin how much of an impact he made on us. He deserves all the good things in his life.

We arrived with a 20 min wait, no problem. we waited and got sat. the table was full of crumbs and the menus were sticky. The server greeted us and we ordered. waited about 20-25 mins for our food that was fine. i found TWO hairs in my food. i let my server know, my friend told me that the server rolled his eyes when i told him there was hair in my food. We felt ignored the rest of the time. i asked the hostess for our check, she grabbed our server and we thought about just straight up talking to the manager, but ultimately our server said “don’t worry about your food”. i told him i can pay for it, just discount what i didn’t eat. anyways, we left. i’m never coming back here ♀️

Everytime I come here there is something wrong with my food the first time my food was completely cold .. I decided to go and try one more time and my chicken tender was raw… now the server in my eyes was super unprofessional … she proceeded to take my plate … then come back and tell me she took my plate back to cut my piece of chicken up and told me it wasn’t raw it was just a dark spot …. Noooo it was raw .. that made me feel like she was trying to be funny . Or like she didn’t believe what I was saying …

I really enjoy the food and service when we dine in, but tonight we ordered a to go order of Fajitas for two and southwestern egg rolls. Order was ready when I got there but when I checked my bag while still there it was missing one of the boats, rice and beans but they resolved that quickly. I didn’t think to check the actual fajita dish but when I got home it was missing the chicken. Was supposed to be 2 steak, 1 shrimp and 1 Chicken. I live 20 minutes away so I didn’t feel like driving back but lesson learned. Check everything before you leave.
