I placed an order online and waited the time frame it told me before arriving to the store. Upon arrival it was so crowded in the lobby I stood there for 15 minutes before telling someone I had an online order for 6 buffalo wings, sticks and slices, and the new garlic and cheese puffs. I waited 10 more minutes and was handed my food stating we were waiting for the sticks and slices to come out of the oven. I arrived home to chicken wings that had very clearly been sitting all day and then just drenched(container filled to the top with all buffalo sauce, and the pepperoni puffs instead of the cheese. The puffs were the size of the single pepperoni that sat on top of them and hard as a rock. After many experiences like this with this particular location I won’t be back

Previously rated 5 stars. After many issues with this location, I’m dropping to one. The only reason they get it is because zero stars isn’t an option.
This location is ridiculous. They are SUPPOSED to close at 8pm, but consistently close at 7:20-7:30pm. Not once, not twice. ALL. THE TIME. After a day of promising the kids pizza for dinner, drove 15 minutes to pull into the parking lot at 7:30. Lights off, everyone gone home.
That was the last straw. This is after pulling in one night at 7:30 to be told, “Sorry, our ovens are off.” That day, the employees were just standing around, learning on the counter, talking and hanging out.
The manager(s) and anyone doing/permitting this needs to be fired. Some of the employees being friendly doesn’t excuse this consistently bad behavior. Do your job, and stick to your hours! If I did this at my job, I would have been fired a long time ago.

Owner did call me about their issues getting in ingredients. Looks like they are going to be working on that along with having a more consistent pizza. I would definitely give them a other try.

Was told my order would be ready in 6 minutes. We got it over 45 minutes later and then only after complaining multiple times. They didn’t even start cooking it until after 35 minutes of waiting. Was given excuses and attitude about it. I will never be back. Very few times in my life have I felt this unappreciated as a customer by anyone. I gave them 1 star because 0 wasn’t an option.

I was there a few days ago and this big back, big mac looking woman made my pizza. A deep dish that came out dry like some turkey. Soggy like an old woman. No sauce on them but one side.
I was so heated, I had to call up there and tell the woman that it was disgusting… and to quit her job!

I got the pizza with meat. Sorry, can’t remember the name. The pepperoni was fine, but the was barely any sausage on it. I didn’t see other meats, but hey, it was cheap pizza!

I ordered crazy bread during lunch rush. She did quickly take my money. But then I waited. She didn’t tell me they didn’t have any. I saw her go to the back and start from scratch making them. And then put them in the oven. Yes. I got a fresh order. But I was also late getting back to work. I wouldn’t have gotten them if I knew she didn’t have any ready!

Went at 11:09 to pick up pizza for 75 children who normally eat at 10:30. Pizza’s were not ready. They had not made them. They had run out of boxes. I asked why they didn’t let someone know earlier. Was meet with gangster like attitude from employees with the lack of skill to handle the problem. Still no care that they left 75 kids hungry. Never made any attempt to fix the problem. Order was placed days ahead. . Called day before to confirm. 21 pizza’s looks like a good manager would have made sure they had what they needed.

First of all they are wanting you to order online…which would be fine if 1) there was an option to pay cash at the store instead of having to enter your credit card number and 2) if it the had the store specials online which they don’t.
If you call no one answers the phone.
So, for the 2nd time this week I went and tried to get crazy bread, the first time the dough boy was late so they were behind and there was no crazy bread.
I tried calling today, no answer, went to the store and sat in my car for over 30 minutes because there is a sign on the door stating only 6 people are allowed in at a time and there were over 10 people in there. So, finally more people keep going in so I decided to go on in when 2 of the people came out. The girl behind the counter says they don’t have crazy bread….what?!?!? You have to order online she says. I tell her that they don’t have the special online and there is no pay at store option and she said she would check to see if they had any…she asks someone in the back and was told nope only online orders! I will NEVER shop at this location again! I drove to Holly Springs and had no problem ordering crazy bread and the young man was extremely nice and helpful! I don’t know what the problem is at the New Albany store and this isn’t the first time we have had issues there….but it was the final straw for me!
