Probably the best Chinese take out I’ve eaten in Colorado. Generous portions. Great flavors. The food really hits the spot.
I’ve really enjoyed the Kung Pao and Mongolian stir fry dishes. The fried rice that accompanies the dishes is really tasty. Tapioca balls in teas have really nice bounce. It’s really worth a visit.

Wonderful experience! You can smell the cooking right when you walk in. The lady at the counter is so sweet and a ray of sunshine the second I walk inside! She’s so great with her service with a hello when I walk in and a see you again when I leave. The food is amazing and such great proportions! All in all, definitely the best!

Absolutely fabulous! Gen T’s chicken was kicking. The sauce was the perfect blend of sweet, savory and spicy. Chicken was fried deliciously and still soft and juicy inside. Portion was huge and they didn’t worry about the rando slices of green pepper. Nguyen! The white rice was good enough I remembered to mention it. Pad Thigh was tasty and packing meat like a pre-op lady boi. The beef skewers slices were so thick, sweet and tender the only civilized way to eat them was to dangle them on my face first.

Super good food and the service was terrific! We were looking for a hole in the wall place to eat and we found Lin’s. This was an excellent choice. We shared egg rolls and spring rolls they were piping hot when we got them, not much flavor difference but still good. I order Mongolian Beef with fried rice, husband got chicken pad Thai. Mine was delicious and the portions are VERY large!! Husbands was okay, different flavor profile than we are use to but still very good! I also had a vanilla milk tea with boba, it was made to order and holy moly it was wonderful!

We tried this place Thanksgiving night as they were one of the few places open in town….and we are very glad we did! Since a lot of people mentioned Boba tea in their reviews we tried a few and they were really good. All of the food we ordered was also really good and in generous portions too. I think my favorites of the food we ordered was the mongolian chicken and the curry chicken. The curry sauce was pretty thick which was nice. The people working here were very pleasant too. We will likely become regulars here. Even if I am not hungry I may stop in for a Boba tea. Thanks for feeding us on Thanksgiving Lin Express!

Found this hidden gem on a long road trip… amazing home cooked food, each dish was spot on and made fresh ! Quantities were huge, prices were low…. The salt and pepper shrimp was to die for, the simple egg drop soup was a winter delight ! You will need to takeaway half the meal for sure with such generous portions ! Small family business, serving authentic food with love …. Pueblo please support such businesses !!

I haven’t had a bad meal here. Food is excellent. Service is great and personal. And really your not getting one meal. The portions are huge. Sometimes the little hole in the walls are the unsung heros. I recommend this restaurant to everyone.
