We have eaten at sister restaurants on the Gulf Coast but this was our first visit to the restaurant in St Cloud. We went on a Tuesday lunchtime at 2pm so not surprisingly it wasn’t particularly busy. Slightly too cold to sit outside but you still get a decent view of the boats and lake from the inside.
Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Had a high table away from the window but still had a good outlook. Large menu to choose from and a few seasonal choices too. We ordered drinks and an appetiser of calamari whilst deciding on our main dishes. Calamari was cooked perfectly – nice and crispy and soft inside.
For our main course we chose to share a portions of coconut shrimp and the crab stuffed flounder. Both came with a choice of 2 sides.
The flounder was cooked great and tasted very good – the crab stuffing gave it a good flavour boost. The coconut shrimp were to die for – such a great coconut flavour. Fries were great too!
So with great service and lovely tasty food we will be back!

Crabby’s is an amazing restaurant which sit’s right on the doc as nd just a few feet from the river! The menu is awesome weather you eat meat or not, there is something on the menu for you every taste bud! The waitress are great, very friendly and fast and attentive. You owe it to yourself to feast at Crabby’s on the Lake and tell them Woody and Sylvia sent you!!!

Went twice while we were staying in St. Cloud. The baked oysters were so painfully small and overcooked, they looked like canned smoked oysters baked under some cheese. The second visit we decided just to get some crab dip and the chips were stale. I would like to say the drinks were the saving grace, but that would also be a lie. The service was good enough, but unfortunately the products were seriously lacking.

my family and i were on our way back to our air bnb (about an hour and a half drive) and we wanted to try a sit down seafood restaurant on our trip before we left. the place was about halfway and the other place we wanted to try was all booked up. we made reservations so we were seated right away. our waitress was super kind and very good, but the wait time for food was almost an hour. they were accommodating for my brother (putting his shrimp for his nachos on the side). my crab cakes and sides were delicious, as well as my boyfriend’s crab legs. my dad got a fish that was not very good at all though. it was so over cooked he had to use a knife and fork to cut through it, like the consistency of chicken. i would say to go here when you know you have time to spare just in case.

Pleasantly surprised to find this sea food spot in Saint Cloud area. The food was amazing, good portion and price. I ordered the Kry West combo and my boyfriend ordered the Bairdy Crab both plates where delicious. Btw try the gator bites as appetizer… great flavor. We highly recommend Mathew (waiter) who was very attentive and super nice. The ambiance is casual and you will enjoy a great view and live music on Sundays. Are you military? After a horrible experience last time, corporate reached out to me and asked for me try give them another try… So I came back today with my sister. It is A Sunday afternoon and a beautiful day out. It was extremely packed. We did get seated right away however. Our server was Susie now I have to say she was very good and attentive to us. The app was slow to come out but my sister and I had great conversation so it didn’t matter the wait.
They had a special menu insert that shows a lump lobster roll that looked amazing so both my sister and I chose that. When it finally arrived .. as you can see in the photos. It was not a lump Alaskan crab it was extremely salty and tasted horrible. Susie. Amen to check in and she offered to take it away and gave us the menu again. We were nervous now on how other types of seafood are shown as lump but will come out as Minced so we asked Susie what she recommended and she told us the tuna bowl is good. We went with that and that was much better than the Alaskan crab roll. Again she was very attentive.. five stars for Susie but the taste of the food gets 3 stars. I still have hope
That this location will one day be better than it’s been but I have seen a great improvement with its service since my last visit.

The food at this restaurant was delicious and the service was excellent—very attentive and quick. The only thing I didn’t enjoy were the drinks; they were extremely sweet and overwhelming, which made them hard to enjoy. Still, I’d return for the great food and quality service.

We have enjoyed the lakefront dining. Good food. Good view. Live music on the dog-friendly patio. $10 refills on Rum Runner buckets. Fresh seafood. Only complaint is we discovered and fell in love with the hush puppies the week before they took them off the menu a while back.

I enjoy this place, one of my favorite place for seafood. My favorite dish is the stuffed shrimp, its outstanding , no other seafood restaurant sells it that I know of, excellent !!! Service is good, even the Mgr comes around and checks on you, that doesn’t happen much anymore!!! My only suggestion for improvement is the inside is a little dated, for the price you pay, should have some booths inside, just has crappy cracker barrel tables!!!! Old wooded tables!!!!It would be nice from to put booths around the perimeter and upgrade them !!!!!Food is a little pricey, especially the oysters!!!! Really expensive!!!The drinks are marked up, if you get a mixed drink or cocktail it will run u $10!!! Too expensive for mostly ice!!!!Drink specials are kinda sad, could be better, but quality of food is excellent, and portions are not bad for a seafood restaurant these days!!!!!! I recommend this place!!!!Come by and try it today!!!!
