I recommend you never eat at this location others are grate but people here are not good..
My last visit girl at window clearly was inconvenienced at my arrival 1 hr before closing and expressed it by telling me they just stopped kfc side when I wanted to order a bucket of chicken family meal I said okay and I ordered Taco Bell side the food was absolutely disgusting hastily made and incorrect because I didn’t even order most of it I got the wrong stuff the stuff I did want cinnamon twists she replied with we’re out of those I ordered a Mexican pizza got some kind of a weird incorrect nachos in a Mexican pizza box I ordered those new steak or chicken dippers and got the oldest ones I’ve ever had I’ve ordered them three times at other locations and all been delicious but here left the taste of spoiled cheese or milk on my in my mouth and on the chicken ones to chalupa that was with it had to have been burnt or taken out of a heater or something because it was dark yellow hard and brittle they never gave me a receipt and when I returned with the food requesting a refund very politely which I recorded just in case first she said it’s policy did not have the food back through the door or the window and asked me what I ordered I replied with everything I ordered and then showed her what I got one at a time so then she goes just a minute and she goes back in for about 10 minutes came back asked for the receipt I said everything you gave me is right here and I haven’t touched anything other than to discover it was foul she said just a minute took another 10 minutes to come back and said she wanted to see the food to see if I was telling her the truth so now the hell with policy she wants the food and the soda back through the window all this because I chose this location for dinner which I knew would probably be a mistake and I was right the hell with this place I’ll never come again I recommend nobody does I recommend a total employee switch because this place is horrible I love Taco Bell I love KFC but this particular location is disgusting foul I feel like I’m inconveniencing them when I go there and when I arrived 1 hour before they close and wanted chicken she wouldn’t sell it to me because she said KFC side was closed so while I waited the 20 minutes for my food the first time which was all disgusting I watched them count and empty for giant tree full trays of chicken into the trash can through the window it just didn’t make any sense to me why they would behave like this and throw away probably 100 pieces of chicken when I arrived a minute after the KFC side closed in those pre-made cakes they KFC side sells she wouldn’t even tell me one of those because KFC side was closed I mean don’t they want to make money and they don’t care about anything but a paycheck and not just sometimes I guarantee you that you will experience the same thing and if the workers don’t care about anything do you think they wash hands after wiping

The only reason I continued to go to this location is because I live in town, and I’m pretty much done with that. Saying this location sucks is putting it nicely. It takes forever to get your food no matter what you order. They forget your sauce, the food is pretty much always old/stale, never hot, and always poorly thrown together. Taco bell is always old dry crusty beans they put in the burritos. Extremely poor quality and zero efficiency here. Please save your money. Until they completely replace the staff with competent people, it isn’t worth going.

This was the worst food I have ever gotten. The biscuits were so hard you could barely take a bite and they tasted old. The tenders were inedible. They were the smallest tenders I have ever seen. They were over cooked but yet shriveled and old. I can only imagine how old. The taste was horrible. So $30 in the trash. Will never go there again.

This location is in SERIOUS need of new management. If you can get service at the drive through you still have a 15+ minute wait, minimum. It’s chronically understaffed and most time they don’t even have drive through service! I save time driving to Bellevue for KFC or taco bell.

After a totally disappointing experience from the jfk drive location in Bellevue ne we decided to try the plattsmouth location. 180 degree difference the original recipe was delicious, moist, and tender. The first pic is from plattsmouth the second is from bellevue…big difference and you can tell who changes the cooking oil when needed

This is NOT a good place when they are obviously deleting true and honest reviews that try to describe a true and honest experience based on actual observations made during a recent visit, about 1 month ago, when trying to purchase edible food. We never purchased any food because no one ever came to the front counter. We were 3rd in line and waited over 15min. We ended up leaving. The people ahead of us were also still waiting before we left.
