I live about a mile from this Papa John’s and would rather drive 15 to 20 minutes Out of my way than order from here have given this place a try 4 times now and every time the pizza comes out like it looks like it’s been dropped or just slapped together without any care. Check your orders before you leave half the time it is halfway done and half made always looks terrible. Customer service itself is fine. Just the quality of the product is bad.

This location is a joke. Last 2 times ordering online from this location, tracking says it’s ready and it’s not. Their excuse was they got the stickers mixed up and had to redo the orders. Don’t order from this location unless you have plenty of time to wait

The best customer service il seen in a long time. All 3 employees there were extremely welcoming. One nice lady made my son a dog balloon and my son hugged the young man working the register. It’s still some amazing people in this world. The whole atmosphere in this papa John’s on north was just awesome

DO NOT USE THEM OR UBER EATS! They screwed up my order and told me it wasn’t their fault to call uber eats because they don’t issue a refund, remake, or anything to fix their mistake. How is it not your fault when YOU MADE THE ORDER! Uber eats had no cs numbers it’s a scam! No food and took my money!!! The pizza has onion, olives and all, and some other crap on a MEAT LOVERS!!!! WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!

I order from here all the time, and only had an issue one time when they forgot an item, but THIS time made me never want to eat here again. I ordered online for delivery. I ordered 4 mediums and a 10in cheese stick. I received 4 smalls in medium boxes, and an old cheese stick. They loaded the pizzas with so much sauce it didn’t even cook all the way through and it all tasted like it was sitting in the cold for 30 mins. Tried calling the store and was told “I don’t know what to do, I’ll just write your name and number down for the manager to call you later”. NOT WORTH THE ALMOST $50 SPENT. I wouldn’t even pay $5 for that mess I received.

Man…this Papa John’s store is very friendly and welcoming. Every order I ever place has always been on time, and of course good! Most cases they have went about my expectations. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience with any other Papa Johns. The staff here is accommodating and pleasant. Unfortunately I’m not close to that location anymore. You guys will be missed. Thank you!

Seems I have the same issue as most here, except I live close , so I call in an order , I’m put on hold for 6 minutes, an associate answers and says please hold, I hold again, for another 5 minutes…. all while I’m driving to the location. I walk in and everyone is busy except for the guy with the phone. I’ll no longer visit this location. The guy pictured is a lazy pos, and apparently enjoys putting everyone on hold until they find somewhere else to eat.
