I don’t understand why they are so many good reviews here.. I had one of the worst experiences here. First, the service was awful our waiter never brought us water when we asked. We had to get up from our table to go to the bar to get water that is insane to me i’ve never had to do that. He completely forgot. I asked for sauces that never came. I come to Orlando every 2 months for vacations & this was not the service I thought I would get. The food was not good it came cold it was super dry. The wings were very dry you can tell in the picture , the chicken was dry & mashed potato was not it. And let me clear something up , this was not on rush hours it was 4pm on a Sunday only 5 tables were being served in the restaurant it was very slow. So this shouldn’t happen , I would understand if it was packed because I work at hospitality and I am a server & a hostess. The only good thing about this restaurant is that it’s clean. But other than that , everything else just awful. I wouldn’t recommend coming here if this is like this on slow days I can’t imagine a weekend.

I’ve always loved BJ’s — the food, the vibe, and the sense of comfort that comes with the brand. But tonight at the Lake Buena Vista location, something was different — and sadly, it wasn’t the food, it was the attitude.
From the very start, when we kindly asked the hostess for a clean and dry table, the tone shifted. What should have been a simple, courteous request seemed to irritate her — and from that moment on, the experience took a turn. The waitress who later approached us treated our table differently from others around us, as if asking for cleanliness had somehow offended the team.
The result? My order was never even placed. My food never arrived. I was the only one at the table who didn’t get to eat.
I share this not out of anger, but out of disappointment — because I know BJ’s is better than this. Hospitality is not just about serving food; it’s about making people feel welcome. A clean table, a kind smile, and respect for every guest — these are not extras, they are the foundation of service.
I truly hope management uses this feedback as a reminder: every guest deserves to be treated with dignity and care, no matter how small their request may seem. That’s what keeps loyal customers coming back — not just the menu, but the respect behind it.

We came on a Sunday, and they have prime rib. We aren’t big eaters, so we asked if we could split the meal, and they really did s great job of making us feel right at home. The meat was huge, the salad perfect, and our sides wonderful. Then they brought out our dessert to split. The two of us were filled and sated with splitting the meal. It was a great meal. Our server, AJ, was very accommodating and friendly.

the location at lake Buena vista #546 is the worst restaurant I have ever been to. After having to return my child’s Alfredo because it tasted like nothing it took about 35 min for her to get a replacement meal. then when dessert came after 30 min it was raw. my tri-tip was dry but that wasnt the issue. Had to ask for drink refills and literally flag my server down to even get service. Never saw a manager or anything. I will never visit this location again

Enjoyed the crispy jalapeno burger tonight, it was cooked perfectly and the fries were lightly dredged (my favorite). The bartenders were super friendly. It was fun to watch the game and eat some tasty food.

Was there about a month ago for a family celebration trip. It was our first time to a BJ’s and our experiences was amazing. Some of the best meals we had in the U.S.. Our server, Josh was excellent. He was very welcoming and had great recommendations for what to order. This made our trip very memorable!

All the signs were there and we didn’t turn around. We stopped by during lunch and the place was empty, that should have been the first sign. They sat us and it took forever for our server to appear. We were finally able to order and waited for an extended time, even though there were only two tables seated in the restaurant. The egg rolls were dry and not hot or tasty. The wings were decent and my daughter enjoyed her jambalaya. We sent our food back as it was not up to par and just not appetizing. I will not return and can’t recommend based on this experience. Absolutely no reason for bad service and food.
