2-15-26 My wife and I came here for a late Valentine’s Day celebration. We started off with a bacon and chicken quesadilla. Absolutely delicious, we both liked it. After that, things were a little difficult because we had to send some undercooked food back. However Christine, the restaurant manager, handled everything wonderfully and even cooked our food herself. A great manager with outstanding customer service skills and kept calm during a difficult time. And the food was delicious! My wife got salmon and I got a ribeye and we had one loaded mashed potatoe each. We loved it. KJ our waiter was also excellent and took good care of us. We will be back. Thanks, Copper River! First time in, very surprised at the size of the side salad. Steak was ok, alittle fatty. Loaded potatoes was cooked perfect. Was busier than expected at 7:00 pm, did not have to wait. Would recommend for sure.

When I arrived I had to wait a while because there were two very big parties that just sat. But I will tell you, that wait was SO worth it.
When I was sat, we ordered a Boom boom Shirmp appetizer. I highly recommend it. I got one to go! The restaurant was clean and the employees, despite the large parties and LONG wait and lots of people were very polite.
For my meal, I got the cheese steak with a sweet potato. They were absolutely perfect. Not over cooked and not under cooked. Tasted amazing. I will order again. My wife got the Kodiak Chicken Meal with sweet potato and steamed broccoli. I of course has to try hers as well. The chicken was SO juicy and again, perfectly cooked and seasoned. The steamed broccoli also was so good. I wish I knew how they do it, so I could cook it like that at home.
This place is a new top favorite of mine and I will be back again. Nice Job ladies and gentlemen, you did a fantastic job!

Enjoyed a dinner with the Executive Director and colleagues. The atmosphere was great and service was very impressive. Food was very tasteful and my drink was definitely drinking. Yes, I would go again as this was my first time visiting the establishment. Dish: Teriyaki Salmon, baked loaded potato with a salad. Dessert: Brownie sundae with ice cream and whip cream. Cheese cake with strawberry drizzle.

I have not been here since they originally opened which can explain my past experience! This time however, the food was excellent, seasoned, large proportion even for the kids chicken finger and fries! I had the Copper River salad add onions and could not eat it in its entirety, I literally could have shared it. My fiance had the Kodiak Chicken and it was profession. Our waiter K.J. (Kendric) was very well mannered and tended to a family of 13 for a birthday party with ease. He was excellent, will be going back!! Wish the eating area was bigger, the bar takes too much of its room.

Copper River Grill has a Really Nice Atmosphere ! The Food was Excellent , Exceptional and Really Tasty ! Then there’s this , I think this is One of the Slowest Places that I have ever been to. There was a party of 5 and NO MORE CUSTOMERS . We Waited 45 to 50 minutes to get Hamburgers and fries. The server came by one time and said that our food would be right out . At that point it didn’t take but 20 MORE minutes . It was piping hot and good . Thanks !

Very good food. Got the early dinner salmon and rice. Came with salad. I got the house salad. SO GOOD. It also came with a croissant- so good we ordered more. Waitress was very attentive and got everything we needed before we even asked for it. Bathrooms were clean and felt very private with big stalls. Baby changing table in the mens room(!). Two entrees + app + tip was $70.

this is me and my boyfriends second time here the first time we came we had a great time. but tonight was a little different. We both expected this place to be busy considering that this weekend is valentines weekend so we weren’t too worried about waiting to sit down or waiting for food. Our server came over pretty quickly for drink order but never asked if we wanted any apps by the time she came back she was ready to take our entrees we both got steaks and then asked if we could get an app. when the app came out it went to the table across from us first and she came over and explained to us that she put our order under the wrong table number. now dont get me wrong i do understand making small mistakes here and there because i am a server myself but just the way the situation was handled put me in a weird spot. the table next to us had ordered after us and they got their salads before I got mine. once we finally got our steaks my boyfriends was barley even rare and had no flavor. unfortunately neither of us are the ones to speak up. by the end of dinner i went to the restroom and our server was in the bathroom with her apron on and left without washing her hands infront of me and other guest. really wish we had a better time tonight but it is what is it. All other staff were very friendly throughout the night.

We went to Copper River for Sunday lunch. I must admit, I was hungry. I orders the Copper River Burger and OH MY, it was huge. The portions are over the top large and the taste and quality are exceptional. Our server Alicia was attentive and made sure we had plenty to drink and that our food orders were correct as rated well. The atmosphere was cozy as we sat in a both close to a huge gas fireplace. We were sat quickly and all of the staff were friendly. I didn’t try the wood fired pizza, but they looked incredible so I’ll be going back for one of those. Overall it was an excellent experience and I had enough food to eat lunch and take some home for dinner.
