If you take my order wrong and then get mad because you got it wrong, then don’t get it wrong and don’t take against the customer.

I am lactose, so I always get my frappe without whip, but of course, the not too enthusiastic employee didn’t care enough to listen. When I got to the window I reminded him, no whip please. After minutes he hands me the drink with whipp and as am telling him that I had requested no whip he kept pushing it and his face just screamed take it. He then sends me to wait forward and after about 3 minutes someone else shows up with my frappe. And of course one asks for large but doesn’t always get a large portion.

I understand that some days you’re just not feeling it and we’ve all been there, but if you didn’t take the order correctly just simply accept it and move on. Have the decency of accepting that it was your mistake and fix it instead of making the customer the enemy.

And please please don’t cheat the customer!!!

They had a nasty attitude. Why come work if you are going to ignore our customers? And when we tell them no ice once. They still put ice. Someone got to talk some sense into them. Especially one disregarding a doordasher that came to get his customers order. And the loader guy rolled his eyes and made a comment under his breath. Get a different job if you hate attending customers. And once other customers came in. They were immediately attended. Giving two stars since that nice boy attended us correctly. They made my sandwich incorrectly. WHERES MY LETTUCE

Horrible customer service. Manager Blanca was rude and she doesn’t have a professional attitude. My husband order a large orange juice. N when we got our order we end up getting a half cup on a small. And when we went and asked where was our large orange drink they told us that we needed to pay extra. This place has poor way to treat their customer. The manager’s aren’t on the same page with their cashier’s. And after me complaining they end up giving us extra small cup half full. We paid for a large orange drink not 2 half small cups. If I had a choice I wouldn’t even bother giving this place a single start

Stopped in here for late lunch before going to ‘Yaamava’. For fast-paced needs, McDonald’s is always perfect. Additionally they cater to my custom diet order. Ordering burgers without buns, with extra shredded lettuce, they serve them in a salad type box for you. They brought the food out to my car in no time. The restrooms were clean and extra well maintained. Order was perfect! Even threw in a fork and knife that I forgot to ask for. Staff were extra helpful! Very on point! Will surely return here many times!

I had told the employee that I wanted a special on the window and she was telling me that the special was over it was placed on the window and I told her that’s fine but I seen it on the window and that’s and I told her that I want it to substitute the muffin for the biscuit and she still didn’t get the order correct I was very disappointed with the service they need to have better customer service and honor the deals on the window

This place is terrible. The employees are rude and unhelpful. If you ever want to go to a place and feel like you are in an SNL skit about people who hate their lives and their jobs this is the place to be. If you let them know that they got your order wrong expect them to react like you are personally attacking their character. And you better believe they will yell across the restaurant to prove their point. It is fly infested and dirty overall. Stay away from this location, until they hire new employees and clean up. They gave my daughter expired apples that were clearly rotten. The package says to keep refrigerated and they have them all sitting in the counter.
