This Chick-fil-A location runs efficiently even during peak hours. The drive-thru line moves quickly, orders are accurate, and the staff stays professional and upbeat. The dining area is clean, and the food is consistently hot and fresh. It reflects strong leadership and a team that takes pride in doing things right.

It was very fast and fresh. When we were about 8 miles down the road I noticed my spicy chicken sandwich was wrong after I had eaten half of it. I noticed the sticker on it had no pickles and it didn’t have the Colby or pepper jack cheese on it. Outside of this we’ve never had any issues at this location. My sandwich was still very delicious tho.

This was hands down the worst Chick-fil-A experience I’ve ever had. The chicken tasted like it was fried in month old burnt grease. Heavy, stale, and disgusting. It was completely inedible and nothing like the quality Chick-fil-A is known for.
On top of that, the service was unbelievably slow. The employees moved with zero urgency, acted like they had nowhere to be, and showed no concern for how long customers were waiting. I’ve never waited this long at a Chick-fil-A, especially considering how efficient they usually are.
The entire visit felt careless and poorly managed. Between low quality food and the lack of effort from staff, it was clear that standards at this location are severely lacking. This wasn’t just a bad day but a complete failure in both service and food quality.
I will absolutely not be returning to this location and strongly recommend going literally anywhere else if you’re expecting the Chick-fil-A experience you’re used to.

Ordered fried nuggets got grilled 12 count. Then when I asked to get them switched at the window I got an 8 count nugget. On top of that I got no sauce even though it’s on my receipt. It has been the same girl in the drive thru everytime our order has been wrong. Always missing a fry or mac and cheese. I’m pregnant and hungry please train her better.

Why would there be any reason to get stuck in your drivethru for 36 minutes, for a kids meal? This was ridiculous, and there was zero sense of urgency amongst the employees, nor was there any acknowledgement or apologies for the extreme wait times.. do better

Entered the drive-thru at 7:25 PM and exited at 7:58 PM. That’s a 33-minute wait for fast food. At that point I could’ve gone home, cooked, eaten, and been back. Completely defeats the purpose of a drive-thru.
