I tried the Battery Smash JK Burger today and it was absolutely delicious! The flavor was great and the portion was perfect. The fries were hot, fresh, and really tasty just the way they should be. The service was excellent as well. Big thanks to Samantha for her friendly attitude and great customer service. She really made the visit even better.

tonight i received the WORST customer service. my siblings and i just came from a long stressful flight and stopped at this location because we were very hungry after the flight. The man who took our order was extremely rude. I said please and thank you and remained respectful even after he was having attitude. He proceeded to tell me mid ordering “ma’am we close at 2 AM” whereas online it states 2:30 AM. He also obnoxiously kept saying “Hello” at any small pause while ordering. I didn’t even finish ordering after that because that put the icing on the cake to ruin my night and piss me off after being polite to the worker. I ordered for my siblings and didn’t order for myself because I was cut off. I paid for our food and collected our food in silence and I will never order from this location again. Corporate will be hearing about this as well.

If the inside says closes at 10pm and you arrive at 9:45 and the doors are locked how is that closing at 10? Then someone whonwas inside cleaning said drive through… lol Im in a big flatbed that doesnt go through drive through. So won’t be stopping here ever again, sorry not sorry.

Rooms are so small compared to the other motel 6 I’ve stayed at previously, That’s my only complaint. Beach is close by 5 min walk. Perfect if you don’t want to hassle with finding parking at the beach. Rooms were super clean. Everything smelled clean. Restroom was clean and the shower was amazing!!! Amazing water pressure and a ton of hot water! Definitely would return. I smelled like a baby !
Outside premises are clean and it’s pretty quiet. Pool was nice. They also have a vending machine and laundry premises. I liked that McDonald’s was with in a 30
Second walk. Everything was super close by. Great location.

I asked the lady for a Oreo shake and she told me the machine was just cleaned so I can’t order one then I asked for ranch for my tiny tacos and got red hot sauce and sweet and sour the lady always looks tired and seems to not care much about her job. 1 star service

Sooooo I’m thoroughly disappointed… I was visiting family at the local Kaiser Permanente.. and decided to get some food.. ima a huge Jack foodie… as the pic states I ordered tiny tacos egg roll a milk tea boba w/t a cheesecake, never received the correct sauces. I ordered a sweet and sour for my roll… never received it nor the avo sauce for the tacos… ate the roll as is cause I was sooo hungry but couldn’t eat the tacos as they really need the sauce to eat em… just dissatisfied and disappointed

Was at your location around 7:30 pm on Saturday 10/22. We ordered a Teriyaki Chicken bowl and a Chicken Fajita. It’s was funny watching the two young girls throwing our sauces across the room trying to catch them at the window in our bag of food. They missed. What wasn’t funny was my Teriyaki Chicken

It has been 2 months. I came back. The service was NOT better. If anything, it was worse. I stood and waited at the counter until someone bothered to notice me. She asked if I was waiting for an order. She told me to use the kiosk and walked away. When she eventually came back and saw me still standing there, she asked if I needed something, and I said that yes, I am paying with cash and can’t use the kiosk. She looked at me like I offended her and mumbled something about shes not supposed to but she will help me, took my order, and walked away again. I was standing there waiting with cash in my hand for a while before she came back, and reorganized the whole cash drawer before giving me my change. Very disappointing.
I was literally the only person there when I arrived. Nobody else waiting for food, Nobody in the drive thru. There were 2 staff talking in the kitchen. I stood and waited awhile for them to acknowledge me. When one finally did, she greeted me by asking if the Starbucks drinks I was carrying were for her. I said no. She asked if I was picking up an order. I said that no, I was waiting to PLACE an order. She told me to wait, and walked away. Eventually another guy came over from the drive thru area and took my order. I sat and waited for 10 minutes for my food, still Nobody in the shop except me and Nobody in the drive thru. They gave me my food, and I collected my Starbucks drinks and started walking me out. They stopped me and told me they gave me the wrong sandwiches. How do you give me the wrong sandwiches when Nobody else was there ordering. They managed to get the right sandwiches to me pretty quickly after that, somehow. I don’t understand why it took them 10 minutes to make a couple sandwiches.

Tacos were crunchy and made fresh and my onion rings were also crunchy and fresh. Finally a jack n the box that got my order accurate.
